Best Buy, however, made literally everything about this purchase a nightmare per it's usual ineptitude at even basic customer service. This visit once again just confirms my previous experiences that Best Buy as a company is virtually worthless to any consumer who has a modicum of a brainstem and an ounce worth of logic and reasoning skills. But, again, the phone is great!

I've had it for a month and am still getting use to it. The change over was smooth. The only bothersome things is now I have to remember passwords and reset codes. Other than that, it's seamless
