Overall, its a decent phone that gets the basics done well. Camera function sometimes gets quirky by not focusing quick enough. Some apps have trouble working properly. Other than that, you're getting a solid product at its price point.

Very professional, extremely polite, and everything was smooth sailing. However, phone can't place/receive calls with Ray Ban Meta (smart glasses). They're not completely compatible.

Best Buy, however, made literally everything about this purchase a nightmare per it's usual ineptitude at even basic customer service. This visit once again just confirms my previous experiences that Best Buy as a company is virtually worthless to any consumer who has a modicum of a brainstem and an ounce worth of logic and reasoning skills. But, again, the phone is great!

I was not buying this for high end specs but I forced to buy it to replace my last budget phone and was expecting it to at least beat it in the areas that matter and boy was I wrong! This whole thing comes off like they just throw decade old hardware into new shells every year.
