    I like this phone better than the previous phone I had which was the Galaxy A13. Samsung messed it up because I don't like it when manufacturers puts their own apps on a phone. Also, I use talkback and Samsung uses a modified version which is not updated often

    It is a 5g phone and was at a price I was willing to pay. This is a replacement for an old phone and it's not the latest & greatest on the market but I'm not going to pay $1,600+ for a phone. However if Apple, Samsung & the others would accept @ $200 for their phone, I'd probably purchase their product.

    Flimsy glass drop one time not even hard broke. Didn't have this phone but maybe 2 weeks if that. Had to take out of case because the back heated up

    I absolutely hate this phone. I had a Motorola one 5g ace and loved it, so when that stopped working and was such a great phone for me I wanted to stay with Motorola. I bought this piece of crap phone Motorola stylus 5g 2024. The key board has a deleted touch. It always feels like it is dragging. The battery only lasts a half day if that. It runs slow. The color on it if off. Red is purple , brown is black, yellow is orange ect. The camera sucks. I have nothing good to say about this phone. Nothing! I hate it. I thought I would get use to it but nope. My boyfriend's 50 dollar Motorola edge from 2020 runs better than this phone. I gave it one star because it does turn on. Don't buy this phone.

    it was decent until rebooting issues streaming games at 90 plus. mind you just streaming xcloud or geforce now or moonlight not rendering the actual game

    I have used Motorola phones for many years and they have always been very good phones. I have always been pleased with the quality. However, this phone is the absolute worst. I also tried the edge before getting this one and it was just as bad as this one. I have been very disappointed with this phone. I about to look for a different brand. After trying two phones and having to pay a restock fee of 45.00 for the edge. I don't feel it is taking the risk for another one. I plan to bring this to the tech support to see if something can be done. It is extremely slow and doesn't load half the time and freezes up, non responsive. It's 256 GB and I have an added storage that has very little on it. And it still does this. Bottom line, this phone isn't worth the money. I can't recommend anyone to purchase it.

    The phone is fine, does what it's supposed to. The camera software stopped working for ANY APP that uses it, so now I can't use the camera. That's unacceptable and I'm no longer buying Motorola

To help us better understand what’s happening, could you please confirm if you are using the pre-installed Motorola Camera app and if it is fully updated from the Play Store? As initial troubleshooting, please try restarting the phone, checking for any available system updates, and going to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage and clearing the cache only (not data). Clearing the cache will remove any temporary files being stored by the device. You may also try opening the camera in Safe mode to check whether a third-party app may be interfering with camera access.     Disappointing performance. The device quality is poor and the performance is very slow, even for simple daily tasks. Apps lag constantly and the device does not run smoothly. I would not recommend buying it

    I ordered a phone that came with no way to charge it. I was told i can send it back, because it lacked the charger. I was never told I would would be charged an OUTRAGEOUS restocking fee on a an UN-used phone. The policy states a restocking fee for large used returned items. This is a small unused cellphone!!! Ripped off by Best BUY and Motorola for not including a necessary part!

    DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It just turned off last night by itself and will not start up again. It was at 87% battery, hasn't fallen, nothing was spilled on it. Because it died and I was in the middle of a transaction online, I couldn't get the text for the 2 step verification to complete it.. TOTALLY was a nightmare getting that straighten out today! DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I had loved the phone until this happened.................
