An okay phone with excellent battery life for someone who doesn't do much but use it for texting, calling and pictures. I don't use it for much besides the usual, some surfing and directions. I find it to be slow, even for a non-techie. Not the usual quality product I had come to expect from Motorola.

Was looking for a budget 5G phone. When it went on sale. Couldn't pass up. Kinda wish I kept looking. The only good things about this phone is the battery life and the built-in stylus. It supports Motos Turbo charge. That does charge faster than rapid charge. It's comes with a SanDisk SD card for an extra 250GB of storage. Giving the impression that this would make a decent business phone on a tight budget. Don't fall for it. Even at the sale price. Unless ok is enough for you. Nothing stands out with this phone. The screen quality is locked in at 1080p resolution. With the option of toggling between 60 and 120fps. That doesn't matter when the screen is so dark. You can't see the screen in direct sunlight with max brightness. The screen type makes you have to look front and center for optimal quality. Slightly tilt the screen and it gets darker. Not in a good way. At least the person sitting next to you won't be able to make out your screen. The sound is terrible. The speaker is not very loud or clear. Supposed to be Dolby Atmos. How? Sounds nothing like it. Even when playing Atmos tracks from Tital. The Bluetooth sample rate is locked in at 44.1 Its only Qualcomm HD. No LDAC. USB is only for charging. You can't get USB audio to an external DAC. Without a OTG adapter. You can't even transfer files through USB directly. Not an audiophile phone. That's a big deal breaker for me. With 8gigs of RAM. Mobile games aren't bad. It's even a Google Stadia supported phone for the time being. This is not a well rounded phone. It's just ok. Not even worth the sale price in my opinion. Thought this was going to be the phone I was hoping for. Since the 4G model has better audio. But it's left me in pain with my head hung low. Forces me to make the dreaded return.

Great phone for the price ! Battery lasts a long time , does everything a high priced phone . Very pleased with it !

This phone has met all expectations, the fingerprint reader is better than the Note20 I had prior. Memory is also better definitely worth it and would recommend and buy again.

Everything as advertised and expected. Decent phone for half the price of other ones. This phone was also half the price at Best buy compared to the Motorola website.

I am really enjoying the features this phone has, the only complaint I have is the weight of the phone.

I love my Motorola phones. I've had them since the original RAZR. I do like this one. It's been super easy to pull all my info from my old phone onto this one. I like the stylus. It makes games easier. My son loves the coloring apps. One thing is, is that it's HUGE!!! Hahaha colors are bright and vibrant. I love the pictures it takes!!!

Great phone for the money. The built in stylus pen works awesome. Also came included a 256gb micro SD card. Display is nice and bright with vibrant color.
