Good phone, lacks NFC

Kinda silly for a phone to not have this option in this day and age.

Pen works good, and pictures are so-so. But if I wanted to take amazing photos I'd buy a camera. Battery life is really good. Never had call issues.

Cheap price but also cheaply made

The video and sound did not sync well. Touch screen lags and response is irritatingly slow. Lacks fast charging.

3G shutting down, so had to upgrade to 5G

My husband and I came to Best Buy to hopefully find a replacement phone for our older phones since we would no longer be able to use our then current phones due to the 3G shutdown that will soon be happening. We have always had great experiences with Motorola phones and instantly were intrigued by this phone when the Best Buy associate showed it to us. We each bought this phone. We really love that this phone has a lot of storage; the most storage capacity we have ever had in a phone. We have had our phones over one month now and love them. Keep up the great work Best Buy!

Such as the live captions.. Record screen and gfi maker. Download is fast. I had an LG 6 before this one. It's been a great phone so far. I would recommend.
