LED screen was unreadable in sunlight. Even taking pictures outside was hard with that screen. Also, found I did not use the stylus at all. After the first week it was just a novelty. I did like the battery life, much better than other phones.

Freezing is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. If the concern persists, kindly go to this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/landing_troubleshooter/g_id/5059then select Next> Display/Touchscreen > Phone is slow/unstable and try the recommended steps there. Too Heavy

The main issue is the weight. After using it for almost 2 weeks my entire arm and wrist were always so painful. So while it is a nice phone, especially for the price, it is just WAY too heavy.
