    Front camera is not good.

    I purchased this product mainly for 5g connectivity. But to my surprise when I called my friend the Front camera clarity is pathetic. But my actual purpose is satisfied so I am bearing with it.

    Phone specifications are inaccurate. BestBuy refuses to acknowledge their fault and take back their item. One star is too generous for BestBuy these days.

    i miss my iphone. my husband loves his motorola and is on his phone all the time, playing games. i turn one game on and next thing in know the battery is dead.

    Never lasted a year. It’s just froze and the screen couldn’t unfreeze. It lasted 6 months. Huge disappointment

    Bought 2 Phones, neither will hold a charge for more than 7 hours with minimal use & no roaming. Will be returning both asap. Have had them for about 1 week.

    SEVERE video flaw - do not buy

    This phone has a MAJOR flaw that is being widely reported and that I have experienced myself. This problem is that many streaming video services experience SEVERE stuttering during playback regardless of signal strength, network quality, clearing cache, resetting phone and so forth. It is not something that needs to be repaired in the individual phone. It is a flaw in this model and in other current Motorola models. You can search and find that this is a widespread problem with dozens of people waiting months with no fix in sight. Motorola has said they are working on it for months but no fix has been released and no root cause identified. If this gets fixed in a future update I will change this review but until then this phone is a DO NOT BUY.

    Battery not good, after 10 months of use won’t hold a charge.
