    My last 4 phones have been Motorola phones, and I've become used to using Gestures for my camera and flashlight, so another Moto phone was a given. My son needed a new phone after dropping his 4 year old Moto 5S plus one too many times. I gave him my 2 year old Moto G7 and upgraded to the Stylus 5G. I chose the 5G over the Stylus 2021 model because of the larger battery size, the faster processor and the better camera options. It comes with Android 11 out of the box, so it can upgrade twice to 13 before it's obsolete. Most of all, I LOVE having an on-board stylus! It's so much easier to take notes or mark up documents without having to hunt for a stylus! I was worried about the size of the phone, since it's taller than my G7. It took about a week, but now I love the height of the screen. I read books on my phone, and the larger screen is better for reading. I'm amazed at the battery life, I only charge it every other day, and I use my phone for almost everything, all day long.

    Not the best phone by far for the price for sure. It takes forever to upload and pull up pics that's already on my phone. And the screen on it really sucks bc l have to tap it twice no matter what. I hate that I actually paid $350.00 for this phone... Sorry just been honest

    I haven't even had this phone for 60 days and I suddenly can't connect to my home wi-fi. We've tried everything. Of course, I didn't take out the insurance on it, because my last Moto phone lasted over 4 years. Very unhappy with this purchase.

    The call volume is too low, even when set on max volume. The phone is difficult to use and I don't like wrangling with it. Wish I'd bought a cheap, simple phone, just enough to meet my needs. Will update review if things improve.

    I am very happy with this phone! It has a fantastic battery and will last at least a full day if left on with 256 gig capacity. It has a stylus for drawing or notes. Photos are very good and I love the size. So much easier to text messages!

    Another terrible phone from another terrible company. This is my fourth Motorola phone. All have had problems. All Motorola told me, too bad. You can pay us more than the phone is worth new for an equally disfunctional used one. Best Buy's warranty is 15 days on this tells you all you need to know. 15 days is the faith they have in this product. Motorola's "1 year warranty" is a no year warranty because they won't make good on it.

    It's ok. No bloatware, no apps for music or photo album. You have no choice but to sync all your stuffs to google or buy the apps for what you need. Major disappointment is on it's camera.

    Been using the phone for a few months before I could give an honest review. I have to say, I really like this phone. The emerald green is beautiful, the phone runs flawlessly, plenty of storage, powerful battery and huge screen size. I'm very happy with this purchase.

    Doesn't work on Spectrum Charter mobile

    Spectrum - Charter mobile won't allow it to be used on their mobile network. All other Moto 5 G will work but not this particular model. Nobody knows why. It is insanely stupid. AT&T, AT&T Prepaid, Boost Mobile, Consumer Cellular, Cricket, Google Fi, H2O Wireless, MetroPCS, Mint Mobile, Net10, Simple Mobile, T-Mobile, Ting Mobile, Total Wireless, TracFone, Verizon - BUT NOT SPECTRUM CHARTER - Why?

    I brought this phone from Best Buy and I was told by Best Buy staff I can take it to Verizon and get them to set up. WRONG! When I went to Verizon they checked the IMEL and they said this phone will not work with versions service. I ended up purchasing a samsung galaxy s21 at Verizon and returned the Motorola phone to Best Buy and got my money back. I better stick with samsung and get phones at Verizon store instead of Best Buy. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

    No more VoLTE connections for the phone

    After 15 days working nicely this motorola phone stopped being connected to the mobile 4g network. I could not get sms and couldnot use the phone to call or to be called I tried to change the configuration without success in order to reach a 4g or 5g network. Very ennoying. I donot know what to do

    Constantly rebooting almost completely unusable.

    Needed a phone quickly for work and this phone has been a complete dud because all the fancy features it claims to have are useless thanks to constant rebooting that happened to start after the return period ended... It even reboots in safe mode and after factory reset. The device is junk and will never buy a Motorola phone again.

    I smashed my Pixel 6 Pro. Needed something in the meantime. Big mistake! This phone is a piece of Sh%T! Bluetooth drops in and out every few seconds. The phone is slow. The pictures are terrible. Don't try playing tik tok, or making a snapchat. It just can't keep up! This although cheap, is still to expensive for the quality!

    Motorola does not work on Verizon system

    I bought this Motorola as an unlocked phone. I identified the fact I am a Verizon customer and would be using the phone with Verizon. This Motorola phone will not work on the Verizon system, which was confirmed by the Geek Squad. I was not told this until I struggled with the phone and took it in to be fixed at Best Buy.

    Motorola 5g Stylus Quad Camera 6/256gb

    Great phone for value and features. If you like using a stylus it is fantastic. Some info says the 6/256gb quad camera is a 2022 model maybe true but can be confusing to get a case for it. The case depends on whether you have a quad camera which this phone has and my purchase is built in the 2021 year cosmic emerald frame. Meaning I got the case that informed 4/128gb year 2021. The 6/256gb year currently is difficult to find a case for it unless you identify it with the 4/128gb 2021 cosmic emerald quad camera frame.
