    Purchased a new 5g cell phone. They transferred my SIM card to my new phone. They explained nothing. Finally took new phone to Verizon. It had a 3g SIM card from my old phone. They don't work properly in 5g phone. Had several other connection issues with the phone. Went back to Best Buy. Shoulder shrugs and I don't knows aren't much help!

    Before I got the phone I had a Samsung Galaxy 9 plus and was excited to come back to the Moto family. I liked having Motorola phones in the past but this phone is not giving what it was suppose to give. It take too long to charge and the battery does not last. The display is full. I am very disappointed.

    Phone lasted three days before it said no Sim card was inserted Returned defective phone to Best Buy yet they still charged me a restocking fee

    Returned it no telephone company could connect it even though it was an unlocked phone I have no idea why

    Very disappointed in Best Buy for selling such a bad product, I’ve been shopping here for ten years or more and now Since the pandemic the quality has gone very low and so has customer service I’m very displeased

    I've barely had this phone 2 months and it's already completely stopped working! The camera is terrible and the battery life is almost as bad.

    Size is too big. Sometimes it heats up. It takes a long time to start up. Bad design. I had to return it to the store.

    Always freeze up have to reboot phone. Hard to find a case.

What we're gonna do is reboot your device, just press and hold the power button for 10-20 seconds. Don't worry data on your phone will not be deleted.     Was hoping for battery to last 3 days… requires charge daily. I dont use phone at all.

    Full of Features I Love

    This is the previous year's model so the price was amazing. It is unlocked, has 5 G, 256 Gig, and a microSD slot thi is really great and unheard of in other brands of phones. My favorite feature is the the ability to use the Stylus or my finger to write in the apps. I loved this feature in the old Compaq phone, and never could find an app to replicate. it. I can even write incursive and it can translate it to print. I took off one star because it is not as fast as I think it should be.
