Get what you pay for.

Now with sending it back no replacement, no live human to speak to, only online submission and perhaps the turnaround time to fix is short. Now without a phone to replace after so much money spent. Buyer beware.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK

Do not buy do not buy do not buy. Oh and Best buy I'll never buy from you again either your salesman lied and getting under your website is a pain in the butt. Horrible experience won't be back.

Missing features that my 4yr old Motorola had
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this phone the other day on an open box special. Paid $323 and thought it was a pretty good deal. However after a few days of use it is missing a few basic features that drive me nuts. First you can unlock the phone with the fingerprint scanner but you cant relock it using the fingerprint scanner. My old Motorola could do this. You have to use the power button on the side to lock it which kinda sucks. Second and the most frustrating issue is with notifications. When the phone is connected to blutooth in the car you receive no notification sounds whatsoever. So if you get a text message or an email or an app sends you a notification all you get is a very slight vibration. I'm not even sure the phone actually rings or if you only get a ringing sound from the car being connected. Ive been through every setting you could imagine and cant seem to fix this issue. I work in security at a construction site and spend 12hrs a day in the car. With the weather getting colder you have to run the car late at night for the heat or you will freeze. Not getting any of my notifications while parked in a stationary position is a major issue. Other than that the phone is pretty nice but if I knew about the issues above I would have made a different choice on what I had purchaced

Not dual sim
