Not sure how useful the stylus will be in the long run, but an interesting option to have available. While I cannot blame Motorola for dropping this same phone, I can implore people to get a case for their Stylus. That should save you the annoyance of a broken screen from your own misadventures.

The Moto G8 Stylus is a mid-range phone with flagship phone functionality. Moto, combined with Android Q (10) have enough features and privacy controls to have a gesture free experience and anti-tracking levels in the apps settings. The flagship manufacturers are hastily trying to put out hardware to match the post pandemic economy but Motorola has been comfortable offering sensible choices in the G line.
