Disappointed to find out later that, because it is an unlocked phone, it will not show on the main screen when you have missed a call or have voice mail. Otherwise, love that you can easily activate the flashlight and camera with a flick of your wrist, the stylus, ability to unlock the phone by fingerprint or code and everything else a about it. Excited to explore my new camera, too. I don't know why, but I love the ring tone "Hello, Moto":)

It is set up so differently from my previous (Samsung) phone. It also has been problematic to not have everything from the previous phone transferred to the new one. The young man who helped me spent a lot of time trying to get this done, but it couldn't happen. I hope we can finish this when we come back in. I appreciated his help and his patience. Sorry, I can't remember his name.

I was going to buy one of those $1500.00 phones on contract but when I got to looking at this, I couldn't see why I would need one of those when this one has everything I need. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and no complaints. Compared to all the older technology that came before, this phone is wonderful. It's not 5g so when that becomes available, I may upgrade but since I don't have a whole of $$ in this one, no big deal..
