Activate today Markdown price during early December to 24 December 2020 at $149.99 unbeatable. Phone picked up from Best Buy on 15 Dec. Activated on 17 Dec. Best Buy Return Expiration 29 Dec. On 11 Jan 2021 Phone shut off on its own and would not power back on, not dropped or exposed to liquids to cause internal damage, had a Military grade 15 foot drop tested case and tempered glass screen protector. No troubleshooting steps on Motorola Support Web site nor on Phone with them worked to resolve issue. I was given 2 options by Motorola Customer Support Representative: Option 1. Pay a non refundable $24.99 fee + $169.99 deposit on credit card to have them ship a "Like New" replacement with in 3-5 days, print a Motorola provided FEDEX shipping label and ship malfunctioning phone to repair center in Fort Worth TX, (upon receipt refund $169.99 credit card deposit); 2. Print Overnight FEDEX express return Label and drop off at nearest FEDEX drop off location. (If you want to insure it must contact FEDEX before dropping off and pay extra). Once received Motorola will determine if repairable if not they will ship like new replacement phone Moto G Stylus with estimated arrival in 5 days. I did not back-up phone data and APPS yet since only 3 weeks old. Must pay $40 activation with my Carrier again due to replacement phone with different IMEI number. Between myself and other family members we have purchased and used 6 Motorola Phones from 2006 to present this is second one that had to be replaced under warranty. Standard Manufacturer's Warranty previous to Lenovo's Acquisition of Motorola was 2 years not 1 year as previous replaced phone was a Droid Mini in 2015 over 1 year old. I am very dissatisfied, Motorola/ Lenovo has lost my trust and confidence in their build quality. I will not plan to purchase any Motorola or Lenovo Products in the future.

Overall great!!! My first moto phone and I love it

A COMPLETE WASTE IF MONEY!!! After having this phone for less than 6 months, the power button broke and fell out! The Geek Squad WOULDN'T fix it. I didn't want to go without a phone for months while mailing it to Motorola for repair, so I paid out of pocket for it. I figured paying $45 is A LOT better than going without a phone for months. Until I realized that genuine Motorola parts weren't available, and the aftermarket part broke less than 2 weeks later! What a freakin waste of $$$ A few months after that I started having issues using the keyboard, it repeats buttons pressed or when typing a whole new page or the settings menu opens. Then I noticed the back cracking all along the edges and between the cameras. Within another couple months I started having issues with the battery. I just bought another battery and brought it to be repaired. It turns out the battery was just unplugged, NICE! Until I found out that there should be 15 screws holding the top and bottom plates on over the motherboard & other key components... My phone had THREE on the top plate, THAT'S IT!!! Now I'm 3 months out of warranty and CAN'T get through to Motorola because ALL the submission forms can ONLY be done if your phone's still under warranty. I'm going to try and find a phone number, hopefully after speaking with someone I can get some of these issues resolved. I'm crossing my fingers for luck, I think I'M GONNA NEED IT!!!

My Samsung Galaxy s9 plus screen broke. The phone i wanted was not in stock in the store. This phone is a good phone, not as nice as the galaxy but does almost everything my other phone did.

My camera glass broke on the first fall. Haven't been able to make a claim at bestbuy

What makes this phone a good phone is that it supports all the essential LTE bands making it a great unlocked GSM for a variety of carriers.

I am not really an android fan but this is best for my mom as she like android more and thinks this is more user friendly.

Most phones have a better camera, and is easier to set up. If I knew then what I know now I probably would not have bought this phone. I am not too impressed with verizon either.

Its not the greatest phone my husband has a hard time receiving calls on this phone and today was the deadline to take it back

Its a phone that gets the job done. Nothing fancy or anything like that, also it may be a bit hard to use if you do not have experience with other android phones.

In less than a year, phone was not working properly. Would freeze up or just shut off constantly
