Customers are saying
Customers admire the Moto G Stylus for its remarkable camera quality, affordable price, and the convenience of the stylus feature. The long battery life and ample storage space are also highly appreciated. While some users have concerns about its durability, the lack of wireless charging, NFC, and a slight learning curve, these drawbacks seem to be outweighed by the phone's overall strengths.

Moto could do better
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Moto could do better. randomly disconnects from the network, suddenly in the middle of doing something it reports no network. the app launcher stops working restarting doesn't help seems to cleared itself after 15 minutes or so. the user interface differs a lot from Samsung so there is a learning curve so you are totally lost for a few weeks.. doesn't appear to support simultaneous apps usage. I should have spent the extra$100 for a Samsung.

2nd replacement phone, bluetooth doesn't work
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've now had my 2nd Moto G Stylus replaced under warranty from Motorola and still have bluetooth issues. It cuts in and out using multiple bluetooth headsets, cuts out in my car, etc. Worked fine with my old Samsung Galaxy S8+ and works fine with my wife's iphone. I work from home so I need working bluetooth. Motorola refuses to acknowledge this phone has defective bluetooth and will not replace with another comparable model. I'd take a cheaper model as long bluetooth works. They will only replace with the same defective model which is unacceptable. This is unfortunate because everything else about the phone is great but I need working bluetooth.

Moto Stylus good thoughts but needs major work
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Due to the coronovirus and how poorly best buy has made it possible to do exchanges I am stuck with this horrible phone. For the price I paid for it and their stupid 15 day return policy even though they should be able to allow phone exchanges since you can't go inside stores and test out phones. So basically this phone camera sucks. 48 megapixels is a job and the night vision camera works better on the older Moto z4 phone and it only has one camera. The phone lags and I can say I'm a Motorola fan but this phone for the price and how new it was could use many updates. I was coming from the LG stylo 4 and that phone with one camera and no portrait mode and only 16/32 gb of usable space was better. Hopefully best buy will do something for me as far as an exchange for this hunk of junk. I hate this phone and how best buy has had no reguard for those of us without vehicles who use bus because I also was overlooked when I went to do curbside pickup because of not being in a car and in the Texas heat it was ridiculous. As an elite member, I'm seriously debating spending all my money on electronics at other places such as micro center who has a better selection and cheaper prices.

Nothing to see here
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone is fine. Not great, but for the most part serves its purpose. The processor is woefully slow; they left out the nfc card, so you cannot pay electronically; the stylus is a joke after having Galaxy Note series. The real reason to avoid this phone is that the data/cell reception is absolutely awful. I researched after buying. This is one of the worst internal antennas on the market.

Sad Moto G Fan :(
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to love Moto G series phones. This one had a number of issues for me, including randomly crashing on a loop when trying to install updates and the screen burning images into itself under totally normal use. Quality from this manufacturer is now way below par considering they are not much cheaper than mid range phones from the more popular brands.

Buy elsewhere
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the 3rd phone (but 5th product) in 7 months that I have purchased from the Burlington location that has not worked. The camera fails to focus & has a white blurred spots on the corners. Most photos have a grainy look. It is huge compared to other phones. I was stuck with this phone as they had no display & I was told that I had to purchase the phone to see it. After purchase, Best Buy refused to refund or exchange the phone.
