    It is the worst phone I ever had in my life. I exchanged 2 of them , and they had the same problem, the people can not hear me clearly while I’m talking. Stay away with this terrible phone.

    You suck, Top to Bottom. IT rude, arrogant, Phone service non-functional, follow up non-existent. You have wasted a tremendous amount of my time. You have my phone number as a purchased it from you. Look at the records and my calls. It supports all these claims. Yes, you truly Suck.

    I have had this phone for 13 months and I hate it. the battery drains faster then any phone I've had. sometime doesn't want to wake up freezes up sometimes . can't wait to buy a different phone.

    All features with Verizon will not work on this unlocked phone. This should be mentioned prior to customers buying these type of phones.

    The phone glitched from the start. Best Buy did not have cases available and the screen broke just by setting it down on a hot day the day after I bought it. It eventually went into a never ending restart cycle.

    I bought this phone as refurbished online thru Bestbuy.com. I have had nothing but problems since about 30days after I bought it I learned my lesson buy new and get service plan.

    If I could give no stars, I would have. This phone was crap, it kept resetting and not recognizing the sim card. A total headache.

    This Motorola with the stylus is terrible it stopped working on me just outta the blue it turned off and never turned back on and I lost all my stuff on it it was horrible

    The guy we got the phone from at bestbuy didnt do anything to help us.......he acted like we were bothering him!!!!!!! Bestbuy at one time had GREAT service....not NO more!!!!
