This simple but effective Android phone is perfect for a new user or someone who just needs to do the simple things that probably 80% of folks would use it for. Has done everything that I've asked it to do. It is a little slower then the latest and greatest, but not so noticeably so. The camera's not quite as good as a Samsung S7 for example, but I have found it to be more than sufficient.

I was hoping to be able to just open and go with this phone instead of having to look at directions for some things. While it is generally self-explanatory there were a few things I struggled with. I have had several instances of while I am looking at my photos, the phone stops and tell me photo viewing has ended, then it goes back to the home screen. Dunno about that one....

Upgraded my Mom's 8 year old flip phone to this Motorola Android and within a couple of days she was texting with all of her friends as the phone is user friendly. Nice looking phone, bright, crisp colors, takes nice pix and calls are clear. Easy to navigate contacts, calls, google, etc. Very good Android for the price. Battery seems to last quite a bit, however, my Mom is not surfing the Net just using as a basic phone for calls and texting.

This Moto G4 Play is a great phone to have for its low price and function

I needed this a a replacement phone for a phone on my Verizon account. Good, no-frills phone at a good price. Drawback is that Verizon doesn't have the IMEI numbers in their system, so while the phone works, it doesn't support the visual voice mail or other "advanced" features on Verizon's network.

Assistance was good. The sales person was very knowledgeable and understood my requirements. The phone was exactly the phone and price I wanted.

I´ve been using Moto G phones for a while. Again, Motorola shipped a great product, at a very convenient price, no need to buy a line with it.
