    Apparently this particular phone needs a sims kit. When purchased this phone i wasn't aware. Now it such a hassle. Best buy should have noted somewhere on the description. I believe this a very important detailed that was left out.

    Pros: 1) Good battery 2) Android OS Cons: Speaker and Mic went bad within 15 days of purchase. Exchanged for a new piece but same problem appeared in the new piece within 3 months. Finally giving up
