At the very least I was expecting a similar GUI feel. Also the GPS is very flaky...sometimes it does not even work. I have a long commute to work and use Waze and Google Maps all the time, so this is very frustrating.

I appreciate you have one of our phones. We usually do some troubleshooting steps to figure the cause of what our customers are experiencing. You may check try resetting network Settings of the phone through Settings> Backup and Reset> Reset Network Settings and see if that would help. Regarding the GPS, try to check if Bluetooth and Wifi Scanning are both on. To check, go to Settings> Settings> Location> tap 3 dots> Scanning> turn on both Wifi and Bluetooth Scanning and see if there will be an improvement.
