      Hi UncleBobSC,

This phone is unlocked and is compatible with major carriers in the US. You can get SIM card from your preferred carrier to use the phone or use your current SIM card if it has the same size as the slot of the phone.

I used his device for around 25 days and suddenly my network, wifi and Bluetooth stopped working. It giving message as 'loading app data'. Tried doing factory reset and then after reset the setup is stuck at finding wifi network and not letting me complete remaining steps. Seems like some hardware isse with network, wifi and Bluetooth hardwares. Going to visit Best Buy today for solution.

      Hi ubath,

We would like to help, just need more information. How can we help? Are you trying to get your old text messages out of your iPhone? Have you contacted your carrier regarding your Voicemail for the new phone? More information would be helpful.

      Hi pwdriver,

Thanks for your feedback! The phone is great as the device is a stock android phone which makes it very easy to use and has great features which other flagship phones have.

By the way, we have a great community of owners on our community at http://lnv.gy/2ecR62B. Please check it out.

Does the basics really well, runs near stock version of Android (no bloatware), the battery life has been great (and the battery is removable!) and the screen size and quality are good. Even though the camera is only 8mp, it still takes pretty decent quality photos. Couldn't ask for more for $150.

Buyer beware. Honestly not expecting much for price, but barely functional as a "smartphone". Call quality on VZW was very bad. Callers said I was very faint and hollow sounding. Could barely use maps on wifi. Email ended up lagging by 10-15 minutes.

      Hi Jstne1,

I know how inconvenient it is if I have the same thing. We haven't heard this kind of concern before with Verizon. Make sure you are in a good signal area for the signal to be consistent and clear while on a call. You may try resetting your phone's network settings for all wireless connection under Backup and Reset and see if it would work.

Ok, so, I know some people are having a problem with this phone. mainly because they're expecting it to act like a $2000.00 IPhone. It's not a $2000.00 IPhone. If you want a phone that acts like that then don't even bother with this thing. If you're looking for a phone that gets reception everywhere in the world, no phone will do that unless it a land line. This phone is a good price for what it is. It's an inexpensive $140.00 Unlocked phone then works great if all you're looking for is a decent phone that gets reception most anywhere in the city and in some cases, in remote areas. As far as the memory goes. Again, it's not a $2000.00 IPhone. If you want something that has 1000 gigs of memory then BUY an IPhone for $2000.00. If you're looking for a phone that has a, " Forever " battery life, good frkn luck. NO phone will do that. This phone has decent apps, decent reception, decent battery life and for me, who doesn't spend every WAKING HOUR of the day on my phone, this phone works great. What don't I like about it. Well, no phone is perfect and this one is no exception. I guess what I don't like is, as always, i wish it was like $50.00. I know, I'm dreaming. Well, you wanted a negative. Oh, why didn't I give it 5 stars if I like it so much for what I do? I never give anything 5 stars unless it's exceptional.

This is my 3rd Moto G phone......2 Moto G3's and now this Moto G4. All develop similar problems. Stop recognizing the SIM and shutting down intermittently. The camera is great on this phone so that's not a complaint. The battery life is normally very good as well. The G4 does lack one thing that the G3 had and that's the ability to install a compass app. If I'd have known that up front I'd have not bought this phone. I also have problems with WiFi and it's very slow to recognize networks. It'll display networks I was near hours ago even when I've traveled. Takes 30 seconds or more to update the list. When attempting to connect to networks which I've connected to in the past, including passwords, it wants the password over and over. The GPS is spotty and looses signal constantly while in GPS mode. My G3 never did this. For the price I suppose it's decent but with only 6 months of use it shouldn't have all of these issues.
