    Disappointing purchase. Evidently bought a defective unit. Used it for less than 6 days and now have to return it for replacement/repair. It was nice when it was working. Would rather review after getting replacement unit.

    One month after I bought this phone, the device stopped charging and the battery drains very quickly. After 15 days can't return or exchange. Don't waste your money.

Let us calibrate the battery by pressing the power button for 7-10 secs until the screen goes blank then release the button. Charge the phone overnight using the original charger and observe the battery performance within 24 hours.     Will not buy another Motorola. It won't connect to the Sony speaker. Many people on line have this problem. Online solutions not working for me.

      Hi Sugar, thanks for reaching out. Are you trying to connect your Moto G5s Plus to your Sony Speaker via Bluetooth? If yes, we can do some basic troubleshooting that can help resolve your issue. For Bluetooth Concern, try to remove and pair the device again with the device and go to Settings>Location>Disable Bluetooth Scanning. To get the most accurate result, we recommend running this troubleshooting step in Safe Mode. Press and hold the Power button until "Power off" shows, then press and hold "Power off" until "Reboot to safe mode" shows and touch "OK". Let us know how it goes.       Hi kimmie, we are sorry that you have to experience this on your device. We know this is troublesome, but let me help. For the slow performance issue, sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you are no longer using. You may also need to check your internal memory, When the internal memory of the phone is full or almost full, you may experience a sluggish user interface, latency when switching menus, or in some cases the display freezing or reboot which is already happening on the device. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (at least every 48 hours) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. You can also try to boot the device in Safe Mode and observe. To boot into Safe mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, touch OK when Reboot to Safe mode appears. If it works fine while in Safe modes, then it's possible that a 3rd party app is a culprit. Try removing some recently downloaded apps and see if it helps.     Motorola Moto G5s Plus mobile phones

    What more can I say - we returned the phones after 3.5 to 4 hours trying to transfer the data from our existing phones to the new Motorola phones. Could not transfer any of the data completely. Returned the phones for full credit to our credit card and didn't have to pay the $ 70.00 ($ 35.00 each) restocking fee.

    We have been loyal Motorola Customers for 15 years. We've now had TWO phones that we had to toss because the USB port comes loose internally. So you can only charge while gently holding the power cord in the port. This happened in less that a year of gentle use.

    For the price you can't beat what this phone offers and regardless of what other web site reviews state, the camera is great! I have a lot of apps running at once and many accounts I'm signed in to for business purposes and the G5S Plus keeps up almost as well as the LG V20 I had previously. Only issue at the moment is Bluetooth Battery Drain. I have contacted Motorola about this issue (as have others) and I have not received a response yet but I'm hoping they have a fix in place for this problem because it is pretty bad. It has to be a software issue, not hardware. If this problem gets resolved, excellent phone!

    This phone has a fantastic build quality, and is almost everything I could possibly ask for in a phone, but that "almost" comes with a huge caveat. Although the phone is lightening fast, and has a sturdy metal chassis, the camera is simply not up to par. I am far from a professional photographer, but the camera is one of the primary features I want in a cellphone - even if it's just to take pet photos. I don't need the very best camera, but this phone failed to produce even "average" photos. Images were blurred, and noise was always present. I almost wonder if there's a defect with the camera, because this simply isn't up to par in 2017, even on a budget device. If you rarely use your phone's camera, this might be worth a shot, but I am personally returning mine for something else.

    just like the last model moto is getting better and better this one feels like a 800 dollar flagship phone has a all metal design and a little more weight than the later moto g5 plus this also has a lot better speaker its on the bottom of the phone but that's like all the rest of the phones out right now screen looks very good a little bit bigger at 5.5 and it helps stock android 7.1.1 update is great this phone is fast and so far battery life is great !! duel cameras now as well witch is very fun to play with. Overall a great phone and a lot better build with this one !!!

    At first I was hesistant to purchase 5Gs Plus, but these last 2 weeks it works great and even better than some of these other phones like Galaxy S8, LG G6, etc. Saved me a lot of money and the Battery Life and Calls are amazing for the price. Purchase the 64GB because you get 4 GB of Ram and 1080 Screen. Thanks, Brockster
