The only issue I've had so far is a glitch when I use the photo app. I believe this is related to the app itself,not the phone. Everything else has worked perfectly.

I bought an unlocked Moto G6 Play open box online, but it was defective (sound wouldn't stay on). But the local Best Buy store exchanged it for a new one from their stock straight across. This is an excellent basic smart phone.

I was very skeptical when I first purchase this phone however I am very please with its functionality and nice built in features like google assist enhanced.

So far so good just got in the first of the month , it is my first smart phone old one was an flip phone . Lot to learn for and old guy but it’s going great.

Bought this phone as a temp replacement. Because my other phone has a torn speaker. Maneuvers easy works great. Would definitely recommend. For a quick fix.

I've had this phone now a month+. Love it much better than the G4 I had, no issues so far. Only thing missing from the box was the pin to open the card area otherwise everything was intact. Great phone, service and experience

Had to have friend show me various features. Device “help” answered most questions. Phone doesn’t seem to have different tones for email and text messages.

If you are looking for a really cheap Android phone that is a good option, for less than $200 you have a Android 8 system with a fair hardware. If you just use your phone for email, browse and some messages go for it.

Love it. I had another phone like this . They seem to be a good phone if u don't drop them in the toilet like I did . But I really like this phone

I have enjoyed using my phone, but I am not very savy with some of the apps. There is a Glympse app on my phone, and I am not sure if it is useful.

I bought this phone because it had a discount. I bought an open box. Phone it's in very good condition and it's working very well. It's enough fast to run applications and screen size it's the best of phone

Phone has large screen and the latest operating system (Oreo, android 8.0). Best feature is the gesture control. I can turn on the flashlight or camera without unlocking the phone, in complete darkness. Impressive!

Great price, picture quality sounds poor but may need more experience.

I've only ever had Samsung's, and I miss the speed and overall tech. This does have some interesting features.. But it's allure such as it's extended battery (not at all) and double screen don't really matter. It seems to be behind. However, it's a smartphone nonetheless and does what it needs to do. I did buy it simply because I shattered a phone I owed money, and this was a cheap but more up to date phone at the time. So it's okay

Is a good phone for this price the only thing that the screen mirror function is not compatible with any smart TV and does work with Chromecast =(

Purchased for my son for Christmas so we haven't opened the box yet but it seemed to be a decent phone for a teen when using display at store

its ok for the price, it was not fast after downloaded just a few apps,..

Got this phone at Best Buy and am loving it! It is a good size for my hand, the resolution and clarity of the screen is fantastic and the Dolby front speaker is amazing... I can hear everything and clearly!!!

I prefer a Google phone but this is my backup in case of breaking, etc. Only issue is camera seems to take a lot of effort to reduce blur
