Came with nougat 7.0...may be awhile before upgrade to 7.1...other than that very pleased

I love this series of phones. After previous model i changed fo rnew one and continue loving.

Seemed like an safe choice to join the smart phone age, easy enough to learn, just one problem - I keep silencing the ring by inadvertently hitting the button on the edge when holding to use the touch screen, Missed several calls because didn't know I had it off.

This phone is a greater starter phone if you want something functional and affordable.

It's a cheap affordable phones can not expect much.

Not the top of the line phone, but it seems to be well made and it is easy to set up.

I purchased this phone and was excited to see all of the features it had. At the time, it was $209.99 which was a great value for a refurbished $349.99 phone. Unfortunately, I should have listened to other reviews which mentioned bad call quality on the T-Mobile network. Within the first few days, I experienced dropped calls on outgoing calls. I would not get incoming calls until a voicemail arrived anywhere from a few minutes to an hour later. After doing more research, it was apparent that while it is being marketed as an "unlocked" phone, it is not. I installed all software updates, reset the phone numerous times, and did a Sony software repair where it completely uninstalls and reinstalls the Android operating system. The same issues continued, so I returned the phone. It is a shame because the phone seems well built with many features. That said, I am not paying $209.99 for a phone that cannot make or receive calls.

This was a replacement for my older phone. It was a different manufacturer but very similar to it, so it was easy to transition to it

We bought this phone for our cousin and so far it is working great. She has not complained about it yet.

I've been having issues with sending photos via text message. I need my phone more for work purposes and it's important for me to be able to send photos out and I'm unable to do so. I'm thinking of returning my phone for a different one...someplace else.

Bought this for two of my kids, gaming mainly, as you can imagine. They claim the phone is fast, reliable with a nice screen resolution.

My wife and I bought this phone for our son, and it has worked well for him. No complaints, and a lot cheaper than the other options.

Love the phone but don't like that I can't text photos or recieve photos on text.

Have been a Samsung user for years and had to get an emergency phone. This phone has met all standards. I don't even miss the Samsung

It needs improvements, but it works for the price.
