This phone was a great purchase and I love how slim and how lovely it is made. The only real issue I have is it is not as fast as I would have hoped. Little sluggish when running large programs. But for the price range it is a great buy!

Very fragile phone

I ordered a protective case but I dropped the phone and shattered the back cover before my case arrived. Now I have to order a replacement back. Would not have bought if I would have known it was all glass. Otherwise nice phone.

Posted .Hi James, we are sorry to hear that you experienced this on your phone. The device has a Corning Gorilla glass screen and a 3D glass cover. It is engineered to be more difficult to scratch and therefore more resistant to cracking, ad it's strength allows use of thinner panes. But it is still glass and will break if it is dropped or impacted. We really recommend having a protective case to prevent breakage due to accidental fall. You could send the phone in for replacement thru this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/. However, if the device is out of warranty or there is a physical damage, fees will be applied along with the replacement. -Jhei
