The basic software is obscure and difficult. Buying it at the Gainesville store was a train wreck. My old phone had special software to transfer everything to the new phone. They didn't help with it and wiped my old phone when I realized that the only things that transferred was what was on Google. Not knowledgeable sales people.

Posted .Hi Darryl, Thanks for having one of our phones. It is a carrier provisioned feature that your cellular data should be turned on in order to receive and send picture messages via MMS.
