We have missed important images and videos of new family members, because techs can't help resolve the issues were having with texting. We wanted to use more features not fewer, but so far our old phones have better functionality using wifi, bluetooth and simple sharing of media. Too bad Motorola, we should have paid the price with Sprint. BestBuy has let us down yet again.
