Clunky, interface is not intuitive, limited number of accessories available, need additional cable but can't find. If I had had the money I would have returned it and bought Samsung.

Went from a Nexus 6 Moto phone to Moto G6 because so happy with Nexus (Went for a swim with it). Have disappointed with Moto 6 since I got it home and held in my hand. Last time I buy a phone without being able to hold in hand for a few minutes. About 3 week after purchased one of the speakers became very crackly and hard to understand. I don't listen to music on the speakers so not from loud music. I would not recommend this phone to anyone and maybe go to different manufacturer next time. Love the software but really dislike the phone.

Noisy,I keep on resetting and sometimes freezing--like it's on but I can't do anything, it's frozen for 18 hours,I want to return it but overdue now

The battery 0n this phone seems to drain pretty quickly even though I am not using a lot of appplications. I find that I have to charge it mid day.

This phone has not been the easiest to manuver. For the price, it is ok. I'm slowly learning, so perhaps once I get the hang of it, will be better.

My last phone was the Moto G5 plus. A phone I found to be a great bargain price along with solid performance. When that phone became damaged I saw it as a no brainer to go with the next in line Moto offering. Well that ended up being a mistake. This phone is a rather big step back from the G5 Plus. Disappointments with this phone are mainly summed up with the slow camera that only shoots 1080p video. Choppy "stabilization" feature within the camera. Slow press and shoot time. Step back in battery life. I would return the phone and go with a different brand if I wouldn't feel bad about returning a non defective product.

If you are looking for a cheap smart phone this might just do the job, don't expect anything fancy though.

My Brother was looking for a new phone and tried this one but after testing the waters decided to return it for something better.

The phone is good for a first time user. Not for someone looking to take awesome pics. The battery life is not that great

Average phone for average price. Touch pad stick some. Slow to respond sometimes. But overall if no choice, would buy again.

Good phone overall for the price tag but I did face problems with the phone audio.

Nice phone for the money worked nice for 22 months then just died maybe inadequate battery.

I got this phone and I regret it everyday. The wifi works when it feels like it. The Bluetooth works when it feels like it and the phone responds when it feels like it. Let me explain thing one by one. I use wifi in multiple locations during the day. If you are using the phone the wifi will randomly disconnect. This is not a visual bug like the people at the store claim it is. The internet stops working. If it was visual the internet wouldn't stop. Next come the Bluetooth. I've had issue with a few different devices. You will have music playing the it stops playing over the Bluetooth device and starts playing on the phone speaker. In the car it will continue to show now playing on the radio even when playing on the phone speaker and all of the car controls still work. On my Kove the phone again will start playing on its speaker yet it still shows as connected to the device. Last is the response issue. This happens mostly when you try to use the button to close running apps, You sometimes have to touch the button 4 or 5 times before the app manager screen will appear. My advice is stay far far away from this overprice useless phone.

Decent phone, but lousy battery life! Have to recharge just about every night am I'm only using minimal apps.

The phone itself first let me down by not having the WIFI calling feature. I didn't know that was standard with unlocked phones. Third party activation with SPRINT turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. One bar and no data at home, they sent me a Magic Box. Still no data with 5 bars LTE. Mesa AZ, at a second location was also no good <1 mbs data. What now, a second magic box that doesn't help? Called to cancel - four hours on the phone 11 agents one text conversation and two trips for 120 miles to the store before I was able to cancel after 10 days of service. SPRINT DOES NOT HONOR THEIR 30 DAY %100 SATISFACTION GUARANTY! BestBuy can't help because they are a third party retailer. I still show I owe $95 and In the mean time my credit rating is will take a hit.

This smart phone is a great phone for elderly people. The functions are easy and simple for them to maneuver.

Had it less than a month. Back glass is cracked even though it was never dropped. Seems to work ok so far.

Battery life is not so good.. volume for ring and notification is horrible..no notification lighting..
