    Budget phone died after less than a year of use

    I'm disappointed in the line of Motorolla phones, coming from a Moto G5 Plus to the G6. I have had the phone for about 10 months. It resets/dies everytime I plug it in and randomly turns off and doesn't work. I use my phone in my line of work and it not working is more than an inconvenience. I would not suggest this phone.

    THE PHONE IS OBSOLETE BECAUSE THE RECENT UPGRADE! BUYERS BEWARE! This was a good phone. The upgrade to Android v 9 pie created a host of problems that many are having including me. The phone constantly lags and times out.

    Heating issue and Brittle screen

    During charging it gets excessively heated up.. bestbuy replaced the phone, new one also heats up.. I keep it far away while charging... The screen is so brittle, fell from knee length and cracked, does not seem like gorilla glass. I was using Moto g gen 1, was a fan screen was a lot stronger.

    Got it on Jan 31 2019. It worked first 3 months since then it shuts down on and on. Tried a few solutions even deleted all the apps I used. Super slow. I paid $200 for this garbage 6 months ago, now Bestbuy only gives me $25 as a trade in for a new phone. What a joke

    We bought this phone for my son. After only 3 weeks, it died right in the middle of a call. We have to send it to Motorola to be fixed/replaced. This is the 3rd Motorola we bought recently that hasn't lasted over a year. We will not be buying another one.

    Usually the Moto phones are awesome but i paid almost $250 for this one and boy after using it for nearly a month, i am not satisfied with it. The phone lags, the performance is low, camera sucks! I should have waited but here i am regretting my decision.

    I had this phone for 2 weeks. Starting dropping calls. Later all my apps disappeared. I did a software update and a factory reset. Still had the same problem. Finally returned the phone!

    I bought it and after turning it on ,from very same day its having some serious problem in staying on(specially screen) ...the phone is on but screen is blank...I just returned it back to Best buy .Not happy with my purchase at all :-(

      Hi mama77, sorry for all the troubles you have gone through and we would like to help. May I know who's your phone service provider? Are you encountering any error messages when sending a message? Is this happening to all places? For Network concerns, we can do some basic troubleshooting steps that can help resolve the concern. Try to turn off the device first. Remove and reinsert the sim card and then turn on the device again. The phone will re-establish a connection to the network. If this doesn't work, go to Settings > Backup and Reset> Network Settings Reset > Reset Settings. To get the most accurate result, we recommend running this troubleshooting step in Safe Mode and observe. To boot your device in Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until "Power off" shows, then press and hold "Power off" until "Reboot to safe mode" shows and touch "OK". Let me know how it goes.     This telephone was dropped off of our lap and the back cracked wide open like an egg not the screen but the back after having for two days do not recommend this telephone it's to frail.

    I read reviews. This phone is a very POOR PERFORMING PHONE. I can't get my money back. It's my fault for not doing better research on this phone as well as SPRINT!!!

    This phone freezes a lot. Has low cell phone service. Would be a great phone for a child or maybe a preteen. Not much space for pictures or to download apps at all.

    Arrived with a broken box seal and had a trojan baked in firmware. Returned!!!! I was unlucky to get one of about 20,000 unit known to be out there.
