Bricked
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband bought me this phone yesterday and in less than 8 hours of having the phone it bricked itself. I have to send it to Motorola and wait a million years to get a new one. I understand technology can be iffy at times but I barely got to use this phone, not happy at all.

Bad product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WiFi continuously disconnects and reconnects. Had this problem with not 1 but 2 of these. Time to choose a different model phone.

Posted .Hi Eric1013, sorry to hear about this report. Let me help you. Did you try to connect it to a different network? Can you check if the same thing happens while in safe mode? To boot into Safe mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, touch OK when Reboot to Safe mode appears. Let me know how it goes. Feel free to send us an email to [email protected]. We are more than glad to assist. -Anne
