Was worthless, the phone get on freezing, took it to Africa and was a terrible thing. Never work, Always internet issues

..Smart phone! Best Buy had my purchase ready to go within two days, purchase was easy and a very good price. Haven't figured all the bells and whistles yet, but I will! Love the look of it, and the resolution of images, good details. Sure beats the phone I had before (flip phone) so I'm ahead of the game!

This phone served me well for over a year before I killed it. And I abused it constantly... which is why I bought such a cheap phone to begin with. Great value! Not fancy, but it gets the job done. It supports FM radio with wired headphones, which is very unusual and is actually kind of nice.

Does everything I need it to do, and is easy to operate

Using this product to write this review. Battery life is not the greatest if you are using it for long periods of time each day but there are battery saving settings which seem to help. Very bright screen.

I got this in replacement of my Galaxy and am really pleased that I did. It does every thing my Galaxy did, is durable, and is approximately the same size. So far I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product.

I upgraded from the Moto g4 play the phone is the same size but more viewing area. It was dropping calls and was glitchy until I had a new sim card installed. Now it is working good. I'm still getting used to it.

My first smartphone and I like it but call quality when answering is sometimes nonexistent and sound quality for the person you’re speaking with goes way down if you accidentally let the phone drop down a little away from your mouth.

I bought 3 of these for Christmas, great buy. One is cracked, another the headphone jack stopped working but works with wireless headphones. The other phone is working great. I would recommend these phones.

I'm very satisfied with the Moto g7 play. Takes very clear photos, so easy to navigate. The low price is another good reason too purchase this phone. Also charges very quickly! Can't say enough about how satisfied I'm with this phone.

Apps load fast. I am amazed that the camera can record video in 4K UHD. This phone has a lot more than I can explain. This unlocked Smartphone was easy to set up a SIM Card with a carrier I chose. 32 gigs is more than enough space to install my apps. For the price this smartphone is a great choice!

Got this for my teenage son and it gets the job done. He can use all his favorite apps without any memory/speed issues. Phone calls are clear. It's been pretty durable too. He's broken several phones in the past, but this seems to be holding up!

I didn't think it was necessary to get the g7play because I was happy with my g6play but wow am I happy I went for it. It's sleek,lighter, faster, and I'm pleased thus far. I have to get use to the screen being cut into by the camera and sensor but that's about it. Super fast charge and so pretty.

I've had numerous phones before and I have to say that Motorola has never let me down! After 4 yrs of having the Moto g6 play, it was starting to give me trouble. I got the g7 play and love it even more! I can use it for more than what I could before and love the new features too.

I have T-Mobile and something had to be changed in the phone to get it to have connectivity. Was frustrating for a couple days till I got it fixed. People at Best buy Tinley Park Illinois were able to fix it .

So far the phone meets my expectations. I will say that the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Both in purchasing and in set up after receiving. Thank you. It seems no matter what state I live in, New York or Connecticut, Best Buy is number one in my eyes.

I am so illiterate about tech. This was a replacement for me and I needed alot of support. Had the best C's rep. Explained all my choices and went further by transferring my stuff and getting it set up with carrier. Really made all the difference. The phone meets and exceeds my needs.
