    Always was an apple girl, but wanted to try something different, however the phone would constantly update & turn so hot I thought it was going to either melt, burn or pop near my face. Returned it & guess who I have now,, yep apple.

    They waste 3/4 in. of space on the left with TWO rows of alpha letters. One is sufficient. Scroll bar on R is then TOO SMALL because there is hardly any space - hard to maneuver at times. Annoying ads keep appearing at bottom of screen - PANDORA - which I don't want and, if there is an X to close the ad which hardly ever shows - it is TOO SMALL TO PRESS and too close to next box. I don't want the Google Cloud or Google Play Store I don't want games, I don't watch movies and I don't listen to the radio on my phone. THANK HEAVEN IT WAS PURCHASED AT BEST BUY - THAT IS THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET THE PHONE UP AND FUNCTIONING.

    I found this phone to be problematic. Always dropping calls. I am a senior and this is not as user friendly as I would like.

    Phone is slow to open apps, it doesn't seem to pickup signals well. Going to use it until 5g is rolled out everywhere and dump this phone immediately

    I ordered open box excellent condition. Excellent condition means I was supposed to get everything including charger and type c cable. it arrived without charger and cable. Customer service credited $10 back. I had to spend $25 for missing items. Was not expecting this from best buy. Really bad experience.

    The Worst

    The worst phone I've ever owned. My Pixel XL 2 stopped working and I just needed a phone til the Pixel 4 comes out. I didn't want to drop $1000 on one that I would only have for 6 months. I should have just bought a trac phone to begin with. The Moto g7 won't won't charge, the charger that came with the phone isn't even the right size. The phone dials contacts on its own and is always dropping calls. Do notably this phone!

    There should not be a charge to have the phone unlocked. Needs to do better with quality for this price.

    I came in with a Moto G 5, Speaker failed. A Sprint rep lied to me. 35 a month .Really? So I left consumer cellular huge mistake. Cell phone internet won't work at home now. Unless I pay a much higher fee. First month$87 00 bill. The G 7 us totally the wrong phone. I need a large phone much easier to read. Please help me

    I got this unlocked phone for my Virgin Mobile number & when I put my SIM card in it, the SIM card locked. The closest Virgin Mobile store is in Canada!!! I have to wait for them to mail my new sim card for my old phone and I can't use the phone unless I swap out my TMobile phone

    This was the 1st of 3 phones that I purchased from the Burlington location that did not work. Phone is slow & camera was broken. Of 51 attempts to take a photo, it actually took about 13. All of which had a reddish tint or were blurry.

    Returned to Best Buy after tech support at Motorola determined the phone was defective. Best Buy was out of stock for replacement, and ordered a new phone to be delivered approximately January 7, 2020.

    Picked up my item. The security sticker had been peeled already. The phone inside the box had no screen protector and had fingerprints all over it! Not the least bit happy with Best Buy!

    24 hours and the screen is already shattered

    A relatively minor bump that my old phone would have taken several dozen times with no problem. One minor knock and the screen is shattered. What is this? Movie stunt 'glass?'

    Screen easily cracks

    The screen cracked twice even after inserting the replacement one. Not impressed with the quality of the product. The two previous versions were much more sturdy.
