As a beginner to the smart phone world this has been a simple transition. Easy to use. So far I like this phone. Thank you Best Buy for the knowledgeable people who were able to answer all my questions about the phones and their abilities.

Needed a replacement phone and didn't want to spend a fortune. This had a the bells and whistles I need. Camera takes nice, clear photos. Sound is good. I am stisfied with it.

I gave this to my 13 year old daughter and she loves it. My biggest challenge is getting her away from it! Seriously, the phone seems pretty snappy in spite of the 2gb memory. The camera seems to work great. Wonderful budget phone!

This phone is so different than Samsung. It's a Motorola which I've been wanting to try to see if it would be much better than Samsung. It's a lot cheaper I probably should have looked for the Moto G7 Power which would have had more beef to it. I still like the phone and again I'm still learning. There are a lot of different swipes to make it do certain things. It's a compact phone which is nice and it doesn't take a lot of room up in my pocket along with the popsocket I have on it. I would recommend this phone. I am also definitely going to get more space for memory.

Purchased this phone for my 12yr old. I like that it is easy to use and takes great pictures. It runs fast. My son likes to play games and has not had any issues. The battery is way better than the iphone 5 he previously had.

I was so nervous about getting one of the advanced phones but with the help of my daughter and son-in-law along with the gentleman helping us I was able to get a phone that would give me just the things I needed. Thank you for your help

Use on any carrier. The RAM I thought would be an issue but it hasn't even stuttered once. Good phone for the price for certain. Best feature is the 45 minute from Dead charging.

The phones so far is nice for the price. I bought the first one for my disabled son and the 2nd one for my 83 year old mother. They both are pleased.

I have trouble making and receiving phone calls. The screen likes to blank out immediately when I'm placing a call. And doesn't want to come back. I don't know what is going on there. And when I receive a call, the person trying to reach me can't hear me for about a second or two even though I am talking loudly into the receiver. Other than that seems ok, although I am still getting used to it.

I bought this phone for my mother and she loves it. It works perfectly for her needs, which is mainly texting and talking. It's easy to understand and works well, as every Motorola phone I've ever had has.

Being older I just had a flip phone so I wasn't able to take pictures or enjoy all the benefits of the newer phones. So when my old phone quit working my wife bought me this Moto G7...I love it, has all the features I wanted !

We do not need 1000.00 phones! This phone is GREAT! NO ISSUES. It does everything a high dollar phone does and I will never go with anything but Motorola!

Got this to upgrade my wife's 5yr old phone. It does everything she wants it to do, mostly take pictures and surf the web. She is happy with it. Only issue is learning the new format. Good value for under $100.

This is a very well balanced phone and for the price can't be beat. Number one, it has all of the frequencies for all of the companies. I am using on Sprint and it is considered a HPUE device meaning it gets the fastest speeds (non 5g) Sprint can offer. It also has tmobiles newest band 71, so reception is on par with flagship phones. Battery is great for me. Only gripe is the screen. They had to cut cost somewhere and the screen is just adequate. I have to keep it at or near max brightness to look decent. Not a notch fan either. But battery life remains good even at high brightness.

Great battery life and snappy enough processor. Up to date operating system and can be used on many different wireless phone carriers.

Bought this for my 8 year old sister and it's decent for the price, no complaints from her. Video quality is okay when I call her via Whatsapp.

This item made a fantastic gift for my niece who showed great responsibility for such a young girl. Being accustomed to getting the hand down form other’s I thought it was time that she got something new that was selected specifically for her She is quite efficient and knowledgeable about technical things and plus side of this wonderful phone is not only her first phone of her own, she now has her own which serves as a tool to be used in emergencies to contact her parents. She doesn’t have to depend or ask anyone the use of their phone. It was also the first amazing brand that I had which was very cutting edge and still is.

I got this phone because I needed an unlocked phone to switch my service from metro to cricket that's why I have this phone for months now and it's pretty cool a lot smaller than what I'm used to I like the face recognition to unlock my phone also has a fingerprint where you can unlock your phone my favorite feature on the phone is the quick response text it gives you an option to pick from is someone texts you and you want to do a quick response other than that the phone is okay it's different but it is what it is and pretty cool with it

Good phone for the price. It does everything I need a phone to do and more. Who needs an expensive I-phone?
