Confusing for Boost Mobile users

I'm still learning my way around after having a dinosaur of a phone for ages. I'm sure this will more than meet my needs. I just wanted to mention that Boost Mobile doesn't have sim cards for this phone. I bought one from Best Buy but they don't install them. I went back to Boost Mobile and had someone install it for me. It was confusing...
