I bought this phone because my Moto G4 finally died on me ☹️☹️.. I had that phone for very close to 5 years and was pretty bummed about it. I ordered and received this one and I couldn't be happier. The price is great, I love having the turbo charging. The screen is bigger, the color and clarity is fantastic. I love having more memory. It was easy to set it all up and it does everything I need it to do!

Bought this because had problems with Samsung S6 and didn't want to pay $800 plus for S10, and probably more problems. Fantastic battery life, 3-4 days with no streaming. Some of Moto actions, like face recognition and screen name don't work. Overall, very happy, because what good is a phone if the battery is always dying?!

I'm able to go 2 days without hooking up to a charger. Great price for everything I need in a phone

My daughter needed an upgrade and I went to my phone service equipment page and found a few phones worth perusing. The Moto G7 rated high with all the techies (many YouTube vids) and aced the sweet spot in pricing. Best Buy made it easy to buy a phone in NC for my daughter in CA! Lovely marine blue, too! TY Best Buy, daughter is super happy!!

I bought this unlocked phone for my mom since her carrier is GSM. It doesn't have a great camera but downloads and install apps decently fast. I give this phone 5 stars because it has everything she needs, functional, practical and a reasonable price. One negative thing that I have to say is that it didn't come with a gallery app by default, I had to download one myself but very happy with the purchase after all.

My recent purchase of a MOTO G7 POWER is the best phone I think I have owned. The battery life is amazing at a three long day charge and a quick up charge. I upgraded from a MOTO G5 Go to my newest G7 power and I am very happy I chose this Best Buy store to buy it at. They are upgrading their store and will have new product lines and room for more inventory including cases for MOTO Cell phones I was told . Thanks Best Buy

I am extremely pleased with everything that has occurred since the first time I walked through your door and take him to a specialist in the TV area. I made three trips and Nick was amazing in helping me decide which large screen television to purchase. Never any pressure. Just question me about what I like the most and what I like the least and help me find the right match I will add that Nicole was also instrumental in helping me do that on one of the visits when he was not there. after going through all of the options and accessories and service offers etcetera, we received our television and they installed it perfectly The geek squad guys that came out or very personable. They were extremely accommodating and professional. I would recommend both of them for anyone having to have something installed in their home. The TV is magnificent and has become a showcase with the frame that makes the TV look like a brilliant beautiful painting. So far living here only two months, I've already made two purchases are, a cell phone and a television. And in both cases I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say. Kelly, the gentleman that help to select the phone with all so amazing. how do you train these folks so well to be able to answer every single question? LOL Be assured that every appliance or thing like that in the future we'll come from Best Buy.

I brought this phone to replace an older model Motorola that the battery lasted about 3 hours before the phone completely shut off. My older Motorola would hang up/shut off when receiving and placing a call randomly even though the battery was completely charged. My new Motorola have solved all of my problems and have exceeded my expectations. The battery lasts for days. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I took along time to get a new phone because I thought it would be too much phone for too much money and then the monthly service charges would be way too much. But after taking a look at Best Buy to see what they had to offer, I saw a phone I really liked almost right away, and the great thing is, it wasn't as expensive as I thought, and the unlimited Sprint service charges were less than I was currently paying.

The battery life on this phone is incredible. After first charge phone lasted for 5 days!! Love the fingerprint unlock feature. Phone is lightweight, durable and much faster than my old Motorola phone. Got a great deal at best buy and set up was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend this phobee. For the money you can't go wrong.

THis phone was a gift for my son and he really likes it. Easy to use and long battery life

This is a great phone at the price point. I've had it for over 2 years with no issues. The camera is superb, I just traveled to Europe and Asia and was able to use international sim cards with no problems at all. great image quality, easy to use and find things on it.

It took a little bit of setting up, but now I have it set up and working well. Important to add wifi networks or turn off searching so it doesn't keep searching. Also, I had to uninstall my security software, Webroot, as it was using too much battery

4th Moto G series in the family and all are so much phone for the money. Tough, good features, clean Android interface, unlocked have no carrier bloatware. Only complaint would be with Best Buy's selection of accessories like screen protectors and cases. I understand Samsung and Apple are most popular, but you sell Motorola, LG and others. Offer stuff for those, too, please.

My old Razr M OS was losing compatibility with some needed Apps. Bought the G7 phone for similarity to old phone OS, plus the promised great battery life and larger form factor. Wow, I only need to charge once a week! Phone operation is simple because Android version is easy learning curve from old phone. Weight is a little more than expected, but well worth the added battery life.

Im pleased with my phone. Easy to use . Battery charge last almost all day.

I held the Moto G7 and the Moto G7 Power in my hands in the store and did a side-by-side. The power is just a hair slower when going from page to page, but we're talking ~100 millisecond range. Very minimal and not really noticeable. And the advantage is you get a muuuuuuch bigger battery. This thing lasts me 2-3 days on a single charge. I charge it sunday, wednesday, and friday lol.
