Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Moto G7 Power's long battery life, affordable price, and good camera. They appreciate how easy it is to use and that it is unlocked. Some customers find the phone to be a bit too large and slippery, and a few wish it had NFC capabilities and a better speaker.

I became a Motorola fan a few years back and love the sturdiness of their phones. My previous phone held strong for several years of being abused and overworked and it was time for an upgrade. I went with the G7 Power because it fit my budget and offered a lot of bang for the buck. I dig everything about it. The battery life is insane, too.

Very happy with this phone. I had to replace a Moto G Play and this phone is great. Easy to use for mail, texts and internet. Made sure to get a case and protective glass screen. I smashed my old screen and phone wasn't very old. Great service from my sales person who transferred every thing over for me.

After about a month or so of use I find I can go about 2 full days between charges. I've had one problem with the phone being sluggish after 3 weeks of being on and used regularly, but after a reboot it's back to normal. Overall it's been a pleasant ownership experience and well worth the low price tag.

If you are looking for a phone with Great battery life, this is it. Personally concerned with having a phone that has more than enough juice. After having my phone for close to a month I'm quite pleased. Features on this phone is competitive with most flagship phones with half the cost.

Long story so hold on to your seats. This phone doesn't have all big features it's more expensive brothers have but it's unlocked and inexpensive for the great features it does have. My wife bought one from T-Mobile and had not put a case on it yet. It was an I told you so situation. So two days in, the baby kicked it out of her hand and she cracked the screen. The most unfortunate part is she took it to get it repaired, which cost $100 to fix. The phone is only $250 without terms. The repair shop kept getting the wrong screen which was two times smaller then that actual screen. After much research I found that I found that all but one repair shop in our state uses actual OEM parts. Local shops user 3rd party suppliers, which may or may not carry the correct representation of the part needed. TL;DR: after a week of a running around we got her phone back but they broke it trying to fix the screen, I just walked into best buy and bought another. In the end I've learned its best to to just do your research first and if the cost is more than the device repair, just buy a new one.

Great phone, used it for a year before I broke it, but my wife still using hers 2 years later. Probably no reason to buy this in 2021, unless the price is much less than the newer G power, or G8, G9, etc. But still a solid phone, great battery life, never had any issues.

Love this phone. It’s easy to use, good quality. Was nervous because I switched from Samsung to it, but I have been very happy with the switch. My only downfall was when I wanted to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile the phone couldn’t transfer.

Love the battery life. It was purchased for a secondary phone, so very happy with it in that function. Would not purchase as a main phone due to limited memory, but am happy with it for what it is and the price was great.

Bought the Motorola G7 Power for my parents. I did plenty of research for a solid phone for them and after buying it and setting it up for them this phone exceeds all my expectations. It's much snappier than I expected and they only charge the phone twice a week. Solid budget phone. I highly recommend.

This would be a great phone but the 5G is not AC! Its almost 2020 why would you put out the old version of 5G? I don't feel this is honest - I kept the phone but will forever be disappointed in this phone and Motorola because of this and didn't want to pay a $45 restocking fee to Best Buy. The rest of the phone is great as you would expect from Motorola. Its fast (except for the wireless) and built solid. So my max wireless speeds on 5G are 150 - but really only 110 MB. On my Samsung with 5Ghz AC I could get the full 400 MB from my internet connection. Since I regularly transfer large files from the net and through my local net - this is going to be frustrating constantly. In December 2019 and $300 - I expect 5Ghz AC from Motorola.

Inexpensive option for a smart phone. It has all the same functions as any other smartphone except charging on a charging pad with about 1/3 the initial cost. This is my 3 phone in the Moto G line and I will continue to recommend these to everyone.

I love the battery life and the phone runs fast enough for all my needs. The moto gestures are very handy for turning on the camera or flashlight quickly. Fingerprint reader works instantly. Great value! I find it difficult to get pictures to focus well indoors, but outdoors it works fine.

Phone still going strong for over a year now. Only problem is not receiving audible or physical (vibration) notifications on text messages, but I think that's more with Android than the phone. Battery holds charge for a loooooooong time.
