I'm not sure if its the carrier or the Motorola G7, but sometimes I get drop calls, slow text returns and miss calls, I have a family plan with my carrier and the wife and children do not have this problem. The back surface is very slippery. Also my Motorola G7 will at times, rarely mute on its own. Overall it's a good cell, but I would not recommend it.

Attempting to find some logical resolve, (not able) a young man overheard & suggested we purchase another phone. "Are you kidding me, her phone costs...". Offered not only a cheap 'unlocked' phone, but an open box at 1/2 price!! Basically pocket change and we bought it outright, kept line and IMMEDIATELY installed new screen protector & case.
