A very nice unlocked android phone

The Android OS is very clean without the 'bloatware' apps that you find with a carrier-specific device. Battery life is good and there are plenty of cases/accessories available for it. She uses it mostly for text messaging and candy crush.

Excellent phone but it may not be compatible...

Screen looks great and photos are nice. Unfortunately, it turned out that it is not compatible with the Visible service which runs on the Verizon network. Hope this helps others with Visible service or considering Visible with this phone.

They take the time to help not just say here you go good bye. Great For Business.

taking a while to learn how to use

She has previous experience with texting and calling, but features were new, and she is learning. She needed one that had a louder ring than the slide phone she had. She is relatively satisfied, but has a long way to go to learn other features. She can use an I Pad and email computer, so she should get good use from her new phone.
