Tho I didn't think it was a High end product at such a reasonable price, I am very surprised. Having looked at much more expensive phones offering similar features. Tech reviews made this worth a try. He's very happy he didn't spend hundreds more. Thanks to a so far great contender.

The pluses: huge screen, faster than old phone (obviously), incorporates my bitmoji app into the text app very nicely. That's it. The minuses; not as easy to use as my s4, getting to the SD card is a journey, moving items to the SD card is an adventure, music is listed in a visually cumbersome way (bunch of unnecessary icons instead of just the names of the list or the songs), can't delete multiple text bubbles in one text chain at the same time, I can delete the entire text chain easily but if I want to delete only some of the text bubbles I have to select and delete one at a time, on s4 I could select several text bubbles in one chain and delete them at one time. The calendar is incomprehensible to me - can't make 'month view' the default and deleting events is anyone's guess. I am still getting used to it and expect it will be easier to use over time, but at this time I don't love it. My s4 was much easier to learn right off the bat and seemed more intuitive.

I need help

However, despite prior success with MetroPCS when I had one of their phones I now cannot receive good service running videos and having pics load. I keep getting a 'check your internet' message but Cox says it is not them it must be the phone.
