Since it is unlocked I was able to easily switch over my AT&T sims card from my old phone (prepaid, though the sims cards are the same). I was sure to get a case and screen protector right away because I have heard that the screens can break easily. Of course, the new model is also available.

This phone is all that my iPhone was and it only cost me a fraction of what I paid for the iPhone. The screen is twice the size and just as clear and sharp. This one has 32 gig memory and it can be added to if needed. I couldn't do that with the iPhone. I would buy this again in a heart beat

This phone has a good battery but it has issues with text messaging all the time. I have to restart it about once a week . battery life is good but that's it.

Phone is a bit heavy and larger than I like.

This was not a problem for any of my other android phones, nor my Moto 4. A lot of time spent on this with no success. Hearing and being heard is sometimes scratchy and broken. Have to use the speaker phone a lot.
