I've had to factory reset my phone multiple times to get snapchat to work properly, apps freeze too often. The phone is durable though, I've dropped it plenty of times (problems with apps have been ongoing even before dropping it), it's been submerged in water without any issues except letting my speaker dry out for an hour or two.

The biggest problem is sound quality...it is terrible. Calls are hard to hear without using headphones and music/video are best heard with speakers as well. This was an emergency replacement purchase and for that it serves its purpose, but at the price I paid, the audio should have been much better.
