Since using the Moto g7 Power, we have to go to a window or outside to make a call. We have not changed cell phone providers. So, it doesn't appear to be a network provider issue. This phone does not come with a User's Manual. I found a User's Manual online, though its format is not printer friendly. So, I'll have to open each section and print it, or spend a decent amount of time on the computer going over the operation of each feature. The phone is larger than I imagined and can be more cumbersome to carry than some phones. There is a plus - the battery does charge more quickly than other phones I've used.
