Customers are saying
Customers are enthusiastic about the Moto G7 Power's long battery life, affordable price, and good camera. They appreciate how easy it is to use and that it is unlocked. Some customers find the phone to be a bit too large and slippery, and a few wish it had NFC capabilities and a better speaker.

Not compatible with Visible Cell Service
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it to use on visible cell service but the IMEI number was not acceptable for Visible use even though visible cells Moto G7 phones. So I am returning it. But it was a good price.

Lenova Has Ruined the Moto Brand
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This will be my first and last Motorola phone. Apparently Motorola software does not allow the user the option to disable the “ascending ringtone” feature. As the result of this annoying feature, the user will probably miss a few important phone calls and notifications. Secondly, the Moto G7 Power does not have enough internal storage. The Android OS takes up at least 15GB of space. Unfortunately this leaves you with less than 17GB of available storage to install apps.

Posted .Hi ILuvLhaso. Ascending ringtone is a safety feature that we feel helps avoid hearing damage. But we do have suggestions that make it easier to hear incoming calls. We also recommend adding an SD Card for additional memory, to address your other issue. Let us know if you have questions by sending us an email at supportforums@motorola.com. -Ruby

It's ok.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Need an inexpensive phone quick. The box looked like it was opened before but due to this lockdown, I didn't bother to return it for an unopenedbox. Anyways, it's fine. Nothing fancy about it.

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have given it a 5 star. This phone has only given me one update. It continues to try and up date daily with no results. I paid a ridiculous price for this phone for not to have any up date. the one and only update was Oct of 2019. A new one suppose to came out back and May 2020. And I have yet to get it. When you go to the Website. This phone is on the update available list, but it will not let you update it. I just use it mostly for my apps to my devices

Disappointing call quality
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device works pretty well...except, in my opinion, as a phone. People calling from this phone sound like they are talking through a sock. Very muffled to say the least. Its not the network either. Placed the SIM in a LG phone and call quality was excellent. Too bad, as every other function is actually quite good. If you don't make too many voice calls, this phone may be for you!

I HATE THIS PHONE!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this phone is a POS.. the speaker is very low so when you first connect to a call that you cant hear the person on the phone and they cant hear you either so it a few seconds of saying "hello" back and forth before you can hear anything, and the Bluetooth doesn't automatically connect to my car like it should, this phone is very frustrating and I've already ordered a Samsung Galaxy to replace it.. I HATE THIS PHONE.....

oof, too much spyware and lack timely security upd
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's probably not fair, but with the latest OS updates using this phone is down right annoying. Nag this, nag that... enable this software to get access to your private data... no? ok, disable all useful features. Which I guess is the normal way using google stuff, but it also lacks timely security updates so I would not recommend getting this phone.

Be very careful with the sprint Andriod devices
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went it to the store to buy a LG Stylo 4 and best buy store sales member have taken all my details and ran my credit check for porting my device to sprint network . After some time " best buy store person walks and tells me that there is no sprint sim to support the LG4 Stylo 4. " They gave me with Motorola G7 Power( which was 30 dollars more the LG stylo4 but was not sure if it was new one or open box ) instead LG4 stylo and run the credit check the second time and this time " they had the right sprint sim to port" but best buy sales store person was not able to port to sprint. I went back to home and I was on call for 1 hour to get it switched to sprint network. After 5 days , I see lot of issues Moto G7 Power . The screen gets hanged every 10 to 15 minutes. This happended for 2 days and I went back to the store and they gave new phone Moto G7 Power. After spending a lot of time with the Moto G7 , I felt that the performance and experience with Moto G7 Power is not so good. the advertisement of best buy is lot more than what actually is available in the store.

great phone maybe? idk. worst employees ever.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.well I would like to say this is a great phone for the cost, but I don't know because mine doesn't really charge. the charging port was broken out of the box, so it makes a horrible clicking and crunching noise when you plug it in and it doesn't fast charge. it does charge very slowly as long as you set it down and don't move at all at all. tried to exchange it the very next day for the same device and the employees said that it would cost $45 because they were able to get it to charge. went back a week later. same broken phone. same patronizing and snide workers. same offer to get a working phone if and only if I pay them $45. out of principle, I refuse to pay another penny for what I already bought in full. $200 paperweight now. thanks best buy. never again.
