For the basic phone it does the job. Resolution not great but again for what it is, it does what I need it to do.

It functioned great at first. Then I noticed I was having trouble hearing it ring. The speaker stopped working. I called customer service with Motorola and they said to ship it to them for repair. I think it has it's speaker in a bad location. I would not buy this phone again.

I love this phone. It has the design of a premium phone without the emptying your wallet. My main complaints are minor. I'm not a fan of having the volume right above the power button. I've accidentally turned my phone off when I meant to turn the volume down or screenshot. Second sometimes watching Snapchat videos aren't entirely clear because of the big screen at first, but it usually clears up. Also because of the design, the phone's easy to drop because it's a bit slippery and leaves fingerprints so I recommend getting a case with this or at least a popsocket. Now that that's out of the way, the rest of this phone is amazing. The display is crystal clear. The phone has no lag and switches between tasks seamlessly at 3gb. The photos are also clear. The battery however makes this phone truly a steal at the price. It's the best battery on the market. I charged this phone Friday afternoon and it's Monday morning and it's on 42 percent with about medium use. Of the midrange phones on the market, this phone clearly is the best. Hope this helps!

Stopped charging less than a year later. All other features were great.

I currently own the Motorola G6. Loved it, looking to upgrade. This Motorola G7 power exceeds my expectation. I am a casual user and I like the fact that this thing has a BEAST battery, upgraded snapdragon 632 from last year 450 and general camera improvements. A bigger screen which is nice for watching videos from last year Motorola g6. 5000mah battery capacity with 3 day battery life for watching videos and social media some light gaming with not having to charge that much. Charge up with a 15w turbo power which is nice that it's included. I believe the G7 series also got camera upgrades this year. Great upgrade for those that have the E5 plus or g6 play or looking for new phone. I would like to point out that there are a few compromises with the screen resolution that it's not close to 1080p and that there are only 3GB ram and 32gb storage as well as a notch that some may not like. Casual users like us won't care so it's not really a deal breaker for most of us. The screen is still great for what this phone is. Stock android is a plus as well. Amazing. Thank you for the affordable price tag Motorola and best buy activation deals. I might wait to pick this up when it goes on sale later on! Good job Motorola.

Needs that extra GB of RAM to make it up to par with competition. 3gb just to sluggish.

This was a budget phone for a friend. It works well and performs as expected.

tried to return it to the store but since they need to see the error they want to charge a 35 re stocking fee (no problem there). I showed them a video of the phone just turning off by it self but they wanted to see it live. I turn on the phone then it turns off for several times. second error when I charge it it says it will start charging when its cooled since the phone overheated. the problem with that is the phone has not been used in a while (I am not a heave phone user) and its inside my house were I keep the a/c at 80 degrees. my guess is the phone thinks its overheated and then turns off and does not allow me to turn it on. this happens mostly after I wake up and the phone was not charge all night

Needed a cheap but good phone at the time and this was good.

Upload/Download speed is terrible. I can be in same place and suddenly it says I'm disconnected from Internet. This is using data, a good wireless connection is somewhat better. Call strength and quality is markedly worse than the G4 and G6 I've had before this. Had I I likely would not bought.waited for other reviews,

I really like the way Motorola phones run, except this phone is doing the same thing my other 2 Motorola cellphones did. The speaker is junk, people can't here me and I can't hear them. It would be a great phone, if they ever can fix the speaker issues. Sorry I have to give up on you Motorola. After not even a month and out of warranty to return, you let me down. Now I got ripped off. I wanted you to work so bad. Too much money to spend on a 2 week old broken phone. Other than the repeated speaker issues, you would have a good phone. This appears to be a common complaint Motorola. You had a customer that wanted you to work, instead I took a gamble on your product again and got ripped off. I am sad to say, you lost me as a customer. I tried.
