Motorola G7 - Don't waste your money

Within 1 week was having random issues that got worse until I was a little over the 2-week mark and couldn't take it anymore. Had to send the phone back to the manufacturer and get a replacement. The new phone began to have the same issues and even more than the last one. Now, on top of everything else, takes random screenshots and videos while sitting on the counter maxing out the memory on videos of the ceiling and whatever page I was last visiting, shuts itself off randomly, and very, very, frequently. A $100, cheaper phone has fewer problems and is more reliable than this. I regret spending the $200 on this. Very unhappy with the product.

It had a TracFone setting in the APN. TracFone has a strict policy about providing unlock codes even if I were to choose TracFone as a company and switch, they still will not do it. The APN settings cannot be changed without unlocking the phone. So now not only do I have to get a SIM card I also have to pay a company to provide an unlock code to unlock the phone. Are you freaking kidding me??????? This has been the worst experience. In top of it if I return the phone back to BB they charge 45.00 to restock. Lesson learned. I will never shop with them again!!!!!!!!! Once burned I am done!

I had it 2 days before I decided to order my Samsung Galaxy note 8.. this moto phone can't compete with Samsung. Only good thing about it is the battery life. Very basic

Faster Email than other phone

Sure, you can make a collage with your photos but there doesn't seem to be a way to rearrange the photos the way you want. It says Create & that's all it does. The contact list looks like something for children with all of its big dots and bright colors. All of the ringtones are loud and jarring, the same for notification sounds. The sort "feature" is only by date -- can't do alpha. Must not know the alphabet. No weather app. Lots more to list but no room to do it all. I'm disappointed with it so far.

Very unreliable product, Please dont buy

I was buying them because of budget issue, these are cheaper phones with cheap quality. Please spend $200 -$400 more on some other good quality phone and live peacefully. I will never buy cheap moto phones anymore. Sorry guys this is my personal experience as I have used enough number of moto phones to be qualified to give my review.

poor support by Sprint and out dated phone

Great camera

HORRIBLE

The phone drops calls, has static when on a call, sounds airy while on a call and I just found out from phome company via enter IMEI the phone was once returned. I will not buy a phone from best buy again or an unlocked phone from them. Completely disappointed, and annoyed. Had to spend a total of $700 on a phone within 2 months

Not happy with return policy.$45.00 restocking fee
