    hard for older people to figure out - too many steps to get to some of the apps. like blue tooth or FM radio or drive-maps

    The phone would drop as so it was out of the range of the internet link. would not switch to cellural, 8 times called geek line and in store only to have them say to me sent it in to motor. Even tho the phone was only 6 months old. only when had my Husban talk to geek in person would they take the phone in for a replacement. this was EXTREMLY POORLY HANDLED BY BEST BUY!!!!!

    My husband needed a new phone, we tried this one but it wouldn't sync up with his old one to transfer his address book.

    Awesome phone for 2 months until the speaker quit working, It sounds terrible now and you can't hear for calls or anything.

    This does not work with crickets hot spot. Associate sold it to us as a phone that would work with a hot spot.

    Missing Wi-Fi calling setting in settings

    Wi-Fi calling advanced calling headphones settings is missing in the phone so I cannot have Wi-Fi or ramps calling or the headphone settings so I have to tomorrow I have to exchange it tomorrow at 2:40 with my appointment it is all missing I had three tax check it out with Verizon and nothing was there at all to turn on Wi-Fi so I got a a phone that is not workable or usable

    Only had it a day. It took longer to charge than it should. And, some functions weren't working right

    i recently upgraded to this phone after using a galaxy note/galaxy s4 for 6 years. it was about time for an upgrade, and i heard some good things about it. i was apprehensive as ive never used a motorola product, and with the price being so low i was a little incredulous. im pleased to say that this is by far one of the best purchases I've made. i was drawn to it due to its massive battery and good ratings and let me tell you; this is an excellent phone. i use it hours a day for messaging, calling, browsing youtube and listening to music, and i only charge it every 3 days or so. it has a great processor and plenty of ram, so there are 0 issues with multitasking or performing daily functions. the fact that it has 32 INTERNAL gb of storage AND a microSD slot for even more is incredible. it also has a HEADPHONE JACK, which is something you're seeing less and less nowadays with new phones. thankfully with this badboy i can drop my 128gb microSD in and have room to spare as i jam out walking from class to class. the phone also packs a wealth of features that are icing on the cake. fingerprint sensors, motion gestures, and more really give this phone a premium feel. some critics say the screen resolution is bad, but it looks perfect to me. it's not TOO large of a phone either. the camera leaves something to be desired however, but is not at all a deal-breaker. overall, this phone is INCREDIBLE for the price and i cannot recommend it more. with new mainline phones going for upwards to a grand, this thing keeps up for a fraction of the cost and a battery that trumps them all. buy it.

    Not happy, wouldn’t work on Verizon network

    Not happy with this purchase. Phone says unlocked, clearly says in the description it will work on Verizon network. I purchased for my mother and when she took it to the Verizon store for activation they said it would not connect to their network. I returned to Best Buy and to make mattes even worse, they charged a $40 restocking fee.

    Good battery, but screen breaks way to easy

    I have had this phone for less than 6 months. First time screen broke it was dropped from less than 3 ft, replaced the screen and it has just shattered again. This time it wasn't dropped, wasn't hit and it has a case on it. This is the most delicate phone I've ever owned by far. I would not buy this phone again.

    Not sure if I just got a defective phone or what but ever since I bought it I've had issues with phone calls. The other person on the line can't hear me or I can't hear them. Wish I would have returned it when I could've. Other than that it has no issues.

    The battery exploded 1.5 months AFTER the warranty expired...how convenient. Contacting Motorola for support was useless so basically this goes on the trashcan. I will NEVER buy another Motorola product.

    Best mid range phone I've ever used or reviewed!

    So I was in best buy the other night having sold my phone and I needed to buy another one. I write professionally about mobile tech and also have a mobile tech YouTube channel. At the time the Moto G7 Power had not yet been released but the Moto G7 had been. I thought about getting it but was not a fan of the tear drop notch. My thoughts are either have a notch or simply do not. Plus I had not yet read much about the Moto G7 Power and certainly had never seen one in person. The other thing I didn't have any idea about was that it had a massive 5000amp battery. Absolutely incredible. I ended up that night which was two nights ago, buying the Moto X 4th Gen because it was on sale for as low as $149.99. I liked the build of that device but since I had actually handled and seen the Moto G7 Power that night, I knew I'd be back to exchange the Moto X 4th Gen for it and I did just that today. It's a impressive device and value for what you get from my experience and the plethora of devices I've reviewed over the years. The only thing I still want to see and have not yet is the Moto one. I feel certain that the Moto G7 Power will be the device I keep as the 6.2 inch screen is really nice to have and it's a very easy device to handle. Not too heavy having the massive 5000amp battery either. That's one major factor and strong qualities of this phone for me along with the price bring only $249.99. Simply put I truly don't see how anyone could find more from a smartphone at this price point on the market. I'd like to go have a look at the Moto one as it's a all glass build and the G7 Power looks like a glass phone but it's actually a polymer type material made to emulate the look of glass. I am not saying it feels cheap but just know it's not a glass device. If you are okay with that the fingerprint sensor is one of the fastest I've used and facial recognition is instant as well. I think it's an incredible device and I truly love the screen size and the way it looks and feels. You won't be disappointed with this phone and I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend flagship money which I have done much too often. Go see this one in person and you will immediately understand why I wrote this review. It's a pleasure to use and just a rock solid device all the way around. 632 snapdragon and 3gs of RAM do very well. If it were an all glass build I'd have given 5 stars. One last note to leave you with. Don't let the screen resolution lead you to think it's bad and you can see actual pixels. It's a very nice screen and it appears to be that of a 1080p when you see it in person. A device that potentially can give you three days of battery life off one full charge, a nice feel in the hands and a very good looking device, it simply cannot get any better than this at the price point. I have enjoyed this phone all day long today!!

    The screen is big but the phone has Bluetooth connectivity issues. It also has a tinny sounding speaker and for whatever reason it loses signal in places where my LG doesn't. Battery life is poor.

    Finally after a month, the Geek Squad was FORCED to admit their failure to even communicate with a customer. The unit was not the issue. It was the lack of customer service from BestBuy.

    Expected more from a phone that boasts it's battery could go 3 days before charging again. The screen resolution wasn't even 1080p, but I didn't find out until after I set the phone up.
