The battery life claims are 100 percent true
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm coming off a flagship phone from 2016 (S7) and man the Android OS has improved massively since then (and Motorola's Android skin is way better than Samsungs, I'm officially a fan). But I'd get that on most modern Android phones, the real story is the battery life. I use my phone a lot more than the average user, and no battery has ever been able to keep up. This one does, easily. I typically have 40% left by the time I go to bed, which is insane considering every other phone I've owned would be dead or close by then. It also has fast charging so when it does die it doesn't take long to get more juice. Everything else you'd want is there: nice screen, responsive and snappy, decent camera, processor fast enough for everything including most games (not Fortnite, but PUBG runs smooth) and the polycarbonate (plastic) body feels way more durable than a glass back (dumbest smartphone trend imo). I'd recommend this to anyone, unless you absolutely need something top of the line and think that's worth an extra 600-700 (and none of those phones have the battery life this one has).

Verizon LTE Works great for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just wanted to leave a short review about the issues a few people are having on Verizon. I purchased this phone on 3/30/19, I pulled my existing Sim Card from my LG V20 and hoped for the best. I have no issues as at all and right away got 4g LTE signal, seemed to take a few hours for speeds to improve but once they did they were fantastic. As of now I am getting 81.8 Mbps Down and 6.88 up, this is on Verizon Pre-Paid, I am happy! I am not sure where the problems exist, perhaps there was an issue on the Verizon end that has since been fixed/updated? I chatted with a Verizon rep and she was not familiar with the phone and encouraged me to get the IMEI number to make sure it is in their system, it is. Phone is very solid, processor is fast, battery is phenomenal (Reason for purchase) Screen is better then it should be by the specs. Camera is average at best, not horrible but not great either. I like that this is an unlocked phone as I tend to bounce around the various Pre-Paid services for who has the best deal. Includes band 66 and 71 for T-Mobile Users. All in all I am very happy with my purchase, I hope the Verizon issue is sorted out, so far so good over here though, I will update if anything goes south.

Super Phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had many smartphones. The expensive ones and the not so expensive ones. Most recently I was using a pixel 2 and it was a very good phone. This phone has impressed me from the beginning. We all know it has an amazing battery. Call quality is excellent. Speaker works very well on calls. Camera is actually pretty good. The phone is very fast. I use this phone on T-Mobile and I bought it specifically because it has band 71. This phone gets the best signal and reception of any phone I've had. I really like the size. The screen is excellent. Of course I love the Moto actions to turn on the flashlight and activate the camera. I use this device for my business all day long and it never lags. Actually just got the latest security update and software update tonight. This is a really good phone I highly recommend buying it.

Excellent Budget Phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the money this thing is right on point. Does all your basic tasks really well. The Battery is AMAZING! Tested some demanding games, and it held up there too. It's not for you if you must have the highest res screen, you need NFC for things like Google pay, or use your phone for professional photoraphy. I would bet 90% of people would be thrilled to death with this handset. Way to go Motorola.

The Best Bang 4 the Buck
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had many phones over the years and most all of them were Motorola. This is by far the best phone I have owned. Yesterday was the 4th full day after an overnight charge. And I use a phone a lot and search the web a lot from my phone. Hands down the longest batter life ever. And for the cost, it will do more than I am capable of learning how to do. But it does more than I need it to do. I may invest in more memory but other than that, It is Great.

US Needs The 4/64 Version Too
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Motorola/Lenovo almost gets it right with this phone - It's mostly an upgrade from the e5 Plus with the exception of the somewhat less capable camera as long as you don't mind the notched screen. The big letdown is the lack of a 4GB RAM/64GB storage version sold in the rest of the world. If you run a lot of apps 32GB of storage gets used up quickly, and if you use Google Navigation, 3 GB of RAM isn't enough to keep from constantly having to close apps to keep enough memory free to run the phone smoothly or risk slowdowns/crashes. The 5000mah battery is needed to genuinely let the phone run all day - the 3000mah battery found in the G7 needs to be recharged halfway through the day if you're a heavy user like so many other phones. Sad to be so close and have a marketing decision alone keep the U.S. from having a mid-range phone with a true all-day battery that can be used on all US carriers. If you're on Verizon or Sprint the GSM phone options with large batteries from companies like Huawei, Blu or Asus aren't available.

Best phone I've had in years!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this phone the other day, $149.00 awesome buy!!! Great battery life, everything my Google pixel did, but don't have to charge it two or three times daily! Don't hesitate if you are thinking about buying it!

If you want a phone that lasts this is it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had this for about 5 days now. I have charged this thing once in that time. Currently sitting at 31 hours since last charge with 7 hours of screen on time and 30% battery left with the phone claiming it will go another 22 hours. Just phenomenal! I was afraid to let go of my old moto z play that would go a day and a half easy on a charge but this thing is amazing! My only beef with this phone is no NFC. My wifes pixel is faster but not by a ton in fact if I couldn't compare this to hers I would not be able to tell this thing wasnt top of the line. $249 for a clean android experience that will go for three days on a charge. yes please!

Can't recommend this enough
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely everything I was looking for!! This phone has plenty of specs for anything the casual human might need and more. More importantly, THIS BATTERY IS INCREDIBLE. If I play games and watch videos for two days straight without charging it, it barely reached 30%. No, I'm not exaggerating. Charging it overnight every few days or so is all I've done, and I've still never seen the battery reach 20%. Great phone!!!! Can't recommend it enough!!

Great phone! But don't buy here if using Xfinity!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Agree with all the positives mentioned in other reviews especially the fast charging long lasting battery. Beautiful blue color. My original is damaged - would rather buy a replacement here for much less than Xfinity charges but Xfinity will not accept a Motorola phone that is not bought from them.
