Great cellphone, for the price ,the functionality and quality that you get is incredible, if you are looking for something that give you access to the most common apps (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc.) this one will do the work with no problem, great looking display, good quality sound in calls (very important thing). And the OS is almost pure android, just a few things from Motorola, but some of them are handy. For the use apps, games, nagviagation, GPS, this is cellphone will do the work fast with no lag. Highly recommended.

This is the second phone of this model I've purchased: One for my son, one for my wife. Each use the phone differently and it works well for both of them. Plenty of speed and memory for my son's YouTube habit, with good call quality and convenience for my wife. They both like the Motorola gestures. Neither one needs to be carrying a $1,000 piece of glass around.

Had a Moto Droid Z before had issues with the battery, so was a little hesitant onthr Moto G7 but it's been great for a great price

I love this phone! I bought it for my mom, and she is very happy with it. I tried it and I love it too. First of all, it's gorgeous. it feels great in hand, very pleasant to touch and comfortable to hold. The design is beautiful. This phone is fast, has a lot of storage. The camera is nice too. Maybe a little behind of iPhone 10, but not by far. I have an iPhone 10, and to be honest, after trying this phone, I think I will switch from iPhone to Motorola. it costs a lot less, and the quality is just as great.

The performance and features of G7 rival my families' much more expensive Apples and Galaxies. Battery life is excellent. Camera function is superb, but did have a bit of flutter in a few action videos. A fair amount of pre-loaded apps that can't be removed, but otherwise, very impressed with phone. Very user friendly. Price varies widely, so watch for specials. I paid toward the high end, (old phone crashed and needed immediate replacement), but am still impressed with the value compared to the high end phones.

This phone is outstanding , plenty of storage and quite fast. Combine that with the phone staff at Best Buy and you can't go wrong.

Overall, this is a great phone - especially for the money. Great size, display quality, and storage capacity. It's very easy to navigate, especially for current Droid users (former Samsung Galaxy owner). However, there are times when the phone does not switch applications or open notifications like it is supposed to, or this is a lag. Would buy again.

We purchased this phone to upgrade my wife's iPhone 5s. Originally, our intention was to get the new Pixel 3A as Best Buy was having a sale on that phone. But the upgrade price for an existing line was higher than we wanted to pay. While I was waiting for the salesperson to locate a Pixel 3A for testing purposes (I wanted to check the screen brightness and the response time to open apps as this had a lower end processor from the full Pixel 3 phone) I noticed this phone in the unlocked phone line up. The specs looked very good for the price. While waiting I did a non-scientific test in store against my own flagship phone with this Motorola G7. It was every bit as fast as my phone and definitely faster than the Pixel 3A. We looked at the price for the Motorola, liked the amount of RAM, the slim, lightweight build of the phone and that it wasn't too large (my wife has small hands so reaching for the top of the screen becomes a 2-handed operation). This phone is running the latest version of Android Pie OS with a slight variation from stock Android. The phone did not have any bloatware on it. My wife has made a seamless switch from iOS to Android and the phone has been a really nice upgrade for her.

I only activated this phone 3 days ago. So far I'm liking it. I would have given it 5 stars but I don't like the fact that it has no led indicator light and when I transferred my photos it didn't put them in the named albums I had. They are all mixed up. The camera features are great. It also has some great text messaging options. I like the Google call scam feature too. This phone is definitely an upgrade from my lg Stylo 5.

I waited for the G7 and passed on the G6 because it felt like with less ram and a slower processor it was step backwards. I was glad to see that they stepped up the processor and added pie os. I've had the phone for a week and it's been pretty great. I've never really cared too much about sound, but I can't emphasize how powerful the speaker is. I haven't used the camera, yet. It's usually where the performance takes a hit. I will say my biggest qualm is not even with the phone, but the lack of quality durable cases that will actually protect it from a fall. It's glass and needs to be protected. I found a decent one, but I am not sure how much faith I have in it dropping more than a foot. Overall, great phone. I love the stock android experience and they have been much better with the security updates. Already had 2 which has been a knock on lenovo/Motorola.

Like the battery life, screen is clear and images sharp. Features are easy to use and camera is sharp. Really like this phone.

I purchased this phone because my Moto z forces battery was finally done for. I picked this up for $250 bucks and it's totally worth the price tag. The only reason that I'm giving this 4 stars is because I wish the battery life was a little longer. I can get about 5 hours out of this when I'm at work before it needs a re charge. The camera is ok nothing special but honestly for the price it's your best bang for your buck smart phone.

I was always an iOS snob, but decided to try an Android after my iPhone sudenly broke. I've had the phone for over a week and I'm really liking it. It works better than the iPhone 6s I had. I'm still getting used to the different software and it doesn't have all the features like other Android's, but it's still a good phone for the price.

For a little over 200 bucks this is a nice phone. I don't know about gaming on it. I use my tablet for that. What I like about it is the photo quality, faster than my old Samsung J3. I have to use documents to make my"to do" list and couldn't see how to draw/edit/circle anything on photos in my gallery. So I downloaded Pixlr for that. It takes a little time to get used to swiping up instead of left/right to open. The back button on the bottom is on the left instead of the right.
