You have to do your research first, this is the "Moto X4" equivalent of 2019, nothing wrong with that! - it is an amazing phone that looks and feels like the more expensive ones, it is a great buy considering the features and price combination, if you are in the market for a mid level phone that feels like a much more expensive one, which is easy on your wallet, then the choice is obvious, also it has the latest version of android (Pie, 9), and it will be getting the next one too.

I purchased this phone last year to replace my five year old Note 3. It has several great features, is fast, and battery life is good. The only complaint that I have is that it doesn't have NFC (Near Field Communication), so G-pay or other apps for payment won't work. More merchants are adding touchless payment systems due to 19, and I'd rather not touch anything.

For the money, you currently can't do much better. The camera is Very Good but not GREAT.

I had to replace a similar phone with this one due to dropping it on the floor and it no longer working. This phone was a quick fix but it is doing the job that I bought it for. It has all the features that I need. So far enjoying it. The price was right! So far this is a good phone. Happy with my purchase.

Needed another mobile Purchased on the basis of experience of Moto 5. This has even better speed and storage.

Recently upgraded from Moto g4 to g7. Very satisfied with the g7 as it has all the features I need at a reasonable price. Best Buy team was most helpful with transferring apps and contacts etc at time of purchase. My one quibble is that there were no white Moto phones on display, and the staff said they're not allowed to open a box prior to purchase. Seems reasonable to me to have at least one white (or other color) phone on display.

What's not to like? Nice screen, seemingly well made, really no bloatware to speak of, and unlocked. All of this for $150. No NFC, but wireless charging and using my phone to pay for my meal aren't important to me, especially at 10% of the cost of a flagship phone. And no carrier contract means lower price and no commitment. Haven't played with the camera yet, but I'm confident it will be adequate. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The Moto G7 is a fabulous little phone for the price. Being unlocked to all cell carriers allows buyers to choose it no matter who serves them. Even prepaid users can buy and use this phone, which was the selling point for me. It has the speed and features of the leading Android phones without the high price tag. I like that it's light, yet solid.
