Moto g7 is a great buy for a phone I love my Moto g7 best camera best speed haven't had any complaints

I bought this Moto G7 to replace a Moto G5 whose screen cracked after an unfortunate drop. Like have an unlocked cell phone. This phone does everything that its higher-priced competitors do. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a smartphone who doesn't want to pay the price of more expensive competitors. I use it for email, internet, photos, apps, everything but gaming.

Good quality camera and long battery use and easy to use too. Great product.

Takes beautiful sharp pictures. Can't wait to figure out all the ways to modify the pictures into professional looking photos. I have very little experience with photos except for taking the pictures. The phone is a mystery with many questions that I'm grateful to have the help menu. Much of the language is unfamiliar and hard for me to understand, but the employees at Best Buy have been very helpful.

After 4 years it was finally time to retire my Samsung Note Edge. Although I contemplated jumping ship to Apple, I'm happy I stuck with Android. This phone has the horsepower to handle multiple task without blinking, 4G Ram and 64G of storage keeps thing running smooth. Battery life is all day and then some. No complaints on call quality. Strong Bluetooth works around entire house with headphones.

Bought this phone unlocked. My mom was needing a cellphone. She had an old Samsung with a sliding keyboard. So it was a big upgrade for her. At first there was a learning curve for her but she eventually figured it out and likes the phone. I really like using unlocked phones. They don't have all the Verizon bloatware on them. For the price and features on this phone you can't really beat it.

Like the speed, storage, responsiveness. Disappointed to find out US Moto G7 phones do not have the NFC capability so you won't be able to pay with your phone. Apparently some models of the G7 do have NFC but these do not.

Beautiful phone with big screen and good camera. Good deal from Best Buy for under $200.

I can’t believe how slow my old phone was until I got this new one. . This one is really fast. I love it. The full screen is really nice. The way you can get a screenshot is really a nice feature. I read it was a good phone before I bought it and it is. I put a plastic case on it because it is slippery and it is fine.

I got the Moto 7 for a few reasons.1. I liked the design how it looks. The. Color I picked was white and looks amazing. 2. It is very easy too understand how it works simple.3. I have had other Moto cellphone but I feel this Moto g 7 is great. and a great price under 300.00 super.

Used Motorola Droid turbo for 5-6 years w/o any problems, although it was showing signs of slowing, etc so when I dropped and screen shattered I reviewed the new releases and the Moto G7 rated very highly against many more expensive names with substantially higher prices! This cellphone is exceptional for many reasons not the least of which is the price! The performance is simply phenomenal! Couldn't be happier!.

Review is only for the phone, not service at BB which was great. The price for unlocked was great but I find that ATT seems to have issues giving me decent signal for it. After spending a couple hours with an ATT rep, it was useless; guess if they dont endorse, its iffy for how the phone will respond. For instance, a particular area I have sent plenty of text & calls from with my iphone 5 for years- is now a problem with this phone. I have to go up 9 stairs to get barely a signal. Sending text often takes a minuet to go thru & often do not hear the phone ringing. That is not a positive. Thankfully on the internet I found that my imessage from the iphone was not shut off during the sim swap. I went in and did it on the disconnected iphone but now wonder if it has to be brought back to Best Buy for them to reinsert the sim, turn off the iphone imessage before removing the sim card, as was noted on the internet. Battery: not so good. It can read 100% at bedtime and even wake up to 83%, how does that happen when nothing is on, any stuff I may have used is cleared out. Standby doing nothing loses that kind of power??? Not good. Maybe a fluke or defect? Sad. Not happy. The camera is ok, video is decent, Ill leave it at that. Size of phone is rather cumbersome and find it hard to keep in my pocket or fit in a small purse. Customer Serv Email and on Chat on Motorola: I scanned my receipt to register for the warranty and got word back its not correct although I did fill all the squares they said were empty. Chat: I wanted to find out why when someone sends me a text that has 3 other people getting the same text, when I reply, my text goes to each individual person that is listed in the group including the original text. For the time I waited for an chat agent, along with trying to figure out what I wrote and how to answer, all I got was "turn it off and back on". Thats it. Didnt work. A couple hours later, I somehow stumbled onto something that worked. So much for an expert help. I miss the center button on the phone to open it up. Sound: During phone calls, sound levels often pitch up or down. Text notification: I continue to turn the volume down and they still come out loud. Do not disturb: iphone has a set up for start time & end time, set it once and forget it forever. This phone does yet does not. You have to do it manually every night although even when I tried another system in settings, I still got a loud text notification in the middle of the night. Ill continue to mess around with this. Notifications: Ive turned off items yet they pop up again. Overall, Im just not as happy as I thought Id be to be back with an android, but its bought and paid for, Im stuck with it. At some point when I can afford it, Ill go to ATT and buy a phone through them, one they recognize so maybe I wont have the issues sending text or getting incoming calls from where I normally did with the iphone. Really bummed, small things that become big frustrations with this unlocked phone.
