This phone has features that much more expensive cells have. The screen is clear and easy to read. The camera is easy to access and operate. Pictures are excellent. Above all it has an audio system that has better clarity than any other I have used.

This is my second Motorola phone (First was a G4) and I really like it. I got it at a decent discount since it was open box, but it basically was still wrapped--hadn't been used, apparently someone just didn't like the looks of it. It has great functionality and lots of "Perks" that I hadn't expected. The outside case is really slick and smooth but this means it shows smudges, so I quickly got a cover for it. For what I paid for it, I think it's a steal, especially with 64GB internal memory, and possibility of adding a memory card to add another hundred+ GB. I'm hoping I can keep it for more than 2 years.

I had iPhone 7 plus and got sick of iPhone limitations,they keep making faster phone but only on IOS ,I used to like Motorola and I don't regret the switch super fast has all the features that you customize and fraction of the price and no annoying updates every day

There are so many phones that are $500 to over $1000 that are no better then this phone. It has great memory and is very smooth and fast. I know some of you like iPhones and Samsung. But, this phone is 25 to 30 % of those two phones and works just as well!

I've had this unlocked phone a little over a year. Battery life is still excellent, turbopower charges fast. The phone performance is still quite good, it generally feels fast and responsive, although there were some freezing/glitches and slowdowns in Chrome soon after upgrading to Android 10 recently; but I think it has improved. I really like that there is a minimum of carrier-installed bloatware. The user experience is pretty clean and stripped down and just works. The camera isn't good in low light but is otherwise very good for casual use (I'm not a camera expert) Down sides: - Sprint does not support wifi calling on the G7. - Can't use for google pay in stores (it doesn't have NFC).

Motorola offers a few great devices depending on your budget. This is one of them, running Android and great battery life. A must for those looking to just pop in your SIM card and go. At&t, T-Mobile ready.

I purchased this phone to replace my Moto G5 plus, which was stolen. I'm so glad that I upgraded. This phone has some nice features and it was a really great price. Thanks to some gift cards that I received I was able to get this phone for only $68 tax included.

Only had some minor inconveniences, but for a cheap smart phone it's been amazing. Overall I still would vote Samsung the better choice but I still love this phone. Biggest downfall for me so far is no notification LED.

Though the phone is an up grade, I find the size a bit hard to get used to. Not a fan of the dimming screen in low lighting. But that can be disabled. The phone is much faster and has a lot more internal memory than my last phone. I purchased an additional SD card to increase it to 128 BG of memory. Not sure how to incorporate the additional memory. It seem as everything is being stored on the original 64 GB of storage. It is filling up fast! The Motorola g7 is a great mid range phone. The features on the phone are plentiful, almost to plentiful. Once I figure out all the features, I will then delete all the un-necessary ones. I do however, wish that the sales person would have spent a little more time explaining the features to me before selling it to me.

I bought the Moto G7 to replace an LG G6 that had some issues. The phone is fast, does pretty much everything I need it to do, except for Google Pay. For $225 unlocked I think it's almost as good as my wife's Samsung S9 Plus.

Bought this over Pixel 3a. Budget phone with decent processor and camera. Comes with finger print sensor and SD card slot. The screen looks great too. Also running latest version of Android. Out of all the budget phones Best Buy has, this is the best.

Well the phone worked for about a year and then it kicked the bucket! I needed a phone and with my warranty it's send you a phone in the mail which takes days with my heart issues I can't wait days so I bought another phone for the time being when I got the refurbished phone in the mail it worked for about 2 months and then I had to bring it back it had a mind of its own at night time I plugged it into charge it and the screen would move it was dialing people on its own I took a video of it brought it back to the store they told me it had a ghost the other guy told me it had a phantom and it happens but it's rare they wanted to send me another phone refurbished of course and I didn't want another phone I was very disappointed with the service that time

This is a surprisingly overall good phone, especially for the price. I wish I still had it because I don't like the new phone I bought which is a Google Pixel 4a, which was recommended by one of the Best Buy salesmen.

Smartphone prices are spiraling out of control. Manufacturers think shelling out $1k for a phone yearly is feasible for most people, but it isn't. This phone gets the job done at a third/fourth of the price.

This is a very nice device and the rapid charger is pretty sweet too. I have been using moto's for awhile and this one is not bad. I was going to get the lower end model, but it didn't have the storage i wanted or the RAM. Great buy - ,er BEST BUY! :)

Good quality camera with a lot of nice Moto features. Unlocked phone for a good price with SIM card... Allows me to use the phone internationally and right away. Also avoids Verizon's ridiculous taxes and fees online.

This is a great budget phone. I bought it as a gift for a friend. It was quick to set up and begin to use. I love the screen and the colors. I love everything about this phone. Especially the price. If you are on a budget this is a great phone for you.

Great phone with a round edge that the screen nearly covers. It didn't get the five stars because it is extremely fragile and the screen cracked from a two inch drop

I went in to get a new phone planning on getting a new Samsung model. After the associate helped me he was able to direct me in an unlocked phone for a fraction of the cost! So no monthly payments. Phone is awesome it does everything I need in a phone!

Great phone for the price! Bang for the buck if you will. I really have been enjoying this phone. The only thing I don't like is the finger print scanner to unlock the phone is on the back. Other than that its great!!!
