Was told that I had drop it and that was what was causing the black on the screen. Never drop the phone and I have a quality case cover on it from day one. Have had 4 Moto's in the pass, I have had 3 and 6 months ago I got my wife one because I always had good experience with Moto phone. This is the last Moto and the last time I will buy from Best Buy as I talked with 3 different people at the store and all 3 said I had dropped the phone and they could not do anything for me. After 25 plus years of buying from Best Buy, I'm done.

I thought it is new version but its battery back up is not great as compare to other models. performance is good. Video quality is poor in low light.
